Fantastic experience: I have personally worked with Lamont Management for over 10 years, and our family has had a relationship with their team for more than 30 years. Over that time, they have consistently been a great partner to work with and a company we have tremendous respect for. Their team understands the unique challenges that come with managing condominium associations and works hard to support their boards and communities. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to work together to find solutions when issues arise. Fantastic experience: Stephanie at Lamont Management, Inc. has been a pleasure to work with. I manage multiple rental properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. I regularly deal with HOA companies, and their team stands out for being responsive, professional, and easy to reach. They consistently answer the phone and process tenant approvals faster than most.

Negative experience: They are difficult to work with and I have tried since July to resolve a issue of being over billed and they still have not resolved it .

Fantastic experience: After years of mismanagement by a Tarpon Springs company, our HOA recently moved management services to Lamont. Our new property manager, Lauren, has worked quickly and professionally to get us back on track. Lauren ran one of the most professional HOA meetings I’ve attended since moving to a condo in 2013. She proactively keeps residents apprised of dues transitioning between management companies and notifying the HOA of new laws and how they would impact our association. It’s a pleasure working with a property manager who does what she says and says what she does. Thanks to Lauren and all the folks at Lamont who work for the associations and owners.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share how professional and easy it is to work with Jennifer at Lamont regarding our homeowners association,answers questions and goes above and beyond supplying copies of documents, answering questions and directing me to the proper people to make the process of being a board of director so much easier

Fantastic experience: As a Real Estate Broker in the Tampa Bay Market.. I have had more than my fair share of dealings with Property Mgmt companies in the area. Every time I help a client buy/sell a 'condo' it's a guarantee I'll be working w/Prop Mgrs. Many individuals in this industry are not interested in 'customer service' (to us 'Realtors'); I understand they spend a good deal of time putting out fires, dealing w/backlogs of unorganized incoming requests, and often, unfortunately, don't care about tasks they deem unimportant (eg, answering a Real Estate Professional's Q's). I had the pleasure of working with Lauren Robinson, CAM w/Q's from my client, pertaining to a community she manages. Wow.. she got back to me w/succinct, yet comprehensive answers to my detailed Q's in less than 24hrs! Lauren didn't just tell me to 'read the bylaws' or worse yet, 'order the community docs' and read them! Which I've been told plenty of times. Fantastic experience: I am the President of a Condo Association that is managed by Lamont Management. I would recommend Lamont to any association! They are very responsive and go above and beyond for us. They are very professional and are extremely knowledgable of the Florida Statutes and the rules and regulations governing Condo Associations. The years of experience in the industry and in dealing with associations is very apparent and valuable for us as an association. Again - I highly recommend Stephanie and Lamont Management!!!

Negative experience: Condo meeting reports delayed by weeks and weeks then owners unable to open e-mail. Still waiting for Dec meeting notes. Insufficient notice of phone meetings. Mail notification arrives after meeting.14 days required. Notification mailed Dec. 21 for Dec 23 meeting! Other meetings with sufficient time for owner votes in mail.. required check yes or no on issues outcomes never presented to owners in format or clarified in format to be added to bi-laws . Property in tragic condition. Still wonder what maintance $ go toward. Legal assistant confirmed Dec minutes not able to open e-mail from Lamont. Still wondering about minutes of 3 Dec. meetings.Don' know condo board members elected to contact..still don't have meeting info. Lots of management companies in Tampa Bay area. This condo owner and resident on St Pete Beach will do homework and present to owners. ...if I ever find out condo board and owner contacts...I own in a 10 unit condo. VERY SAD!!!

As an owner, a full time resident and the homeowners association president, I am very impressed with the high level of services we receive from Lamont, and the prompt, professional and thoughtful attention we receive from our property manager Danielle Bruynell. Having a top rated management company is essential for a Florida Condominium Association. They know the local ordinances, and the way things are “supposed” to run. They construct budgets, keep records, recommend contractors, solve problems and add real value at every level of property management. I spent my entire career working in commercial real estate, so I’m a pretty good judge of these things, and I recommend Lamont Management without reservation.

It's not often you can reach a manager, much less get a quick, pleasant reply. Throughout this process my experience has positive!

Negative experience: Horrible treatment of tenants. Would not take care of bug problem...ended up in hospital due to their irresponsibility.

Negative experience: Dreadful management company. Slow to respond to issues and concerns. The management company provides no value, they respond to issues raised by the board/tenants but don't bring ideas to the table and are not focused on quality service.
