Fantastic experience: Dillon assisted us in the purchase of a property in Largo, Florida. We are from Indiana, which made the purchase challenging, but Dillon was willing to help every step of the way. When the hurricane went through, we were safely back in Indiana, but Dillon went to the property to see that all was well and sent back a video. We would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with Alvin Satram on two separate occasions. The first instance was on a property that I debating selling to a developer out of state. Although Mr. Satram had not dealt with this particular kind of transaction just yet as it was early in his career as a realtor, he gave what information he could that may assist my family in making the right decision. Along with this, he graciously reached out to a more experienced Weichert associate who had dealt with selling to developers and this gentleman gave us even more items to consider when dealing with such matters. The other was as my wife and I embark on buying our first home. Again an out of state situation, Mr. Satram has coached us on what he would be able to assist with, focuses to have in the pre-approval process that would help us further prepare and directed us towards their preferred trusted lender.

Negative experience: Good to see that some people have had a good experience, but mine was nothing short of horrific with Peter Chicourious and Kelly Pillon. They moved me into a house that was shows and advertised as move in ready, took my money and handed me the keys. I move in and nothing work, don't even have hot water. Rather than addressing these concerns Peter states they are not in a position to make these repairs and he is letting me know that my lease is affectively canceled. I wrote you a check for $10,000 you had the funds... and to cancel a lease is illegal lol. But long story short we went back and forth were not able to come to an agreement and they returned my funds. But wasted my time and I had to use PTO to move all my stuff out, my own money to move my stuff into storage, and they offered no help and showed no remorse at all. Cold people that don't care about you just the money. Kelly is completely useless she's slow and in time of need all she could muster up is I work for Peter. Pathetic, pathetic, excuse for realtors. With how unprofessionally I was treated you guys should be investigated and shouldn't be practicing period.
