She came to the house a few minutes after another realtor had come by on a fishing expedition just like the dozen that had come earlier in the week, but Tara was different. We depend on connected, active, and informed agents to provide their insight and knowledge of recent transactions to ensure our appraisals reflect current market conditions and trends. The Orns Solution really helped me out last month. In the middle of a particularly difficult appraisal of a unique property in southeast Clearwater, I noticed a recently closed sale in the MLS.
