Fantastic experience: I really can't say enough about how great our experience was working with Ericka. As out state investors, it was important to us that our realtor was responsive, communicative and that we felt they were looking out for our best interests at all times. Ericka was fantastic on all fronts. We always felt like a priority, and she is extremely sharp and knowledgeable about the local market. She had a very analytical approach and kept us from being hasty or overly emotional by pointing out the realities of each of the homes we were considering. Erica was extremely patient and coached me through the process. She was always available and responded to emails and texts quickly. Fantastic experience: Ericka helped us find a house in Berea, OH, which is a really hot seller's market (newly listed houses could be snatched up in less than 72 hours of being listed). She helped us through the stress of buying and selling at the same time and patiently helped us find just the right house for us (and not the most expensive house we could afford). Since we were coming from out of town, it was hard to get over, she would check out a house ahead of time once she got to know our preferences.
