Negative experience: I cannot recommend Damaris Rodriguez or KW of Central PA based on our experience buying a home this past summer. The transaction was plagued by chronic communication delays, missed deadlines, and unfulfilled contractual agreements. Timeline of events: • Late response on our initial offer. • Inspection cancelled by the listing side the day it was supposed to happen and we had to reschedule. • Repair responses delayed until the final legal deadline. • Agreed-upon repairs were not completed by closing. We ended up closing on the house with the agreement that the final items would be handled post-closing. Unfortunately, the attic hatch installation was a botched job that our agent had to fix, and the electrical issues were never resolved. Despite 3 months of follow-ups, Damaris stopped responding or claimed she was working on it. We are now paying out of pocket to hire our own contractor. A completely disrespectful and unprofessional experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Ashley Haas on the Dave Hooke team! My husband and I closed on our home last week and we have Ashley Haas to thank for her drive, attention to detail, proactive nature and customer driven attitude. She crossed the different hurdles with us while providing excellent advice on how to navigate them and be successful! It was such a pleasant experience working with Ashley and we look forward to more business opportunities in the future!

Fantastic experience: As a full time agent, it can feel isolating and like the whole world is on your shoulders. But Brittany Guiles has been such an amazing support to me over these past years, I can’t fully express how helpful it has been. She just spent two hours with me to review and consult me on my business plan last week, and I gained so much clarity through our conversation. She challenged me in places I definitely wanted to ignore, and she pushed me to believe in where I could go in this business. Here’s the deal: if you are consulting yourself only on your next business steps, you will absolutely have blind spots, and if you’re like me they will be MASSIVE. Negative experience: Elijah Raye did not do his due diligence by giving a client a post settlement agreement. He also signed an agreement for the seller when he was not considered a poa allowing the buyer to come into the property during the 48 hr move out time frame. When asked about the issue he apologized saying he gave the consent without our knowledge. Elijah did not assure we had a place to go nor did he allow us to put in any offers on any house before selling the property. One day before closing he said he would not be able to find us anything . Elijah raye is unprofessional and does not meet the needs of his clients.

Fantastic experience: Working with Andrew was an absolute pleasure! From the get-go, his dedication to finding us the perfect home was evident. He understood our family's needs, especially the concerns about our high-schooler switching schools yet again. While we were ready to settle for a property that wasn't ideal, Andrew never stopped searching. He was always learning, readily consulting his team and the VA handbook to ensure we had the most accurate information about VA loans. What truly sets Andrew apart is his unwavering commitment to his clients. He could have easily closed the deal on the first property, but he went above and beyond. He actually called us, excited about a house he had found coming soon that he thought would be absolutely perfect for us. He knew it was a bit of a last-minute change, but as soon as he saw it, he knew he had to show it to us. That kind of dedication and hustle is rare, and we couldn't be more grateful! If you're looking for an agent who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about finding you the perfect home, look no further than Andrew!

Negative experience: This company cannot be trusted. Stay away they don’t care if you have the highest offer they want to represent both the seller and buyer to fatten their own pockets. Lost a bid, only to find out after closing my offer was significantly higher, in cash with no contingency's. And when we contacted their office for answers to explain, No response! No integrity! Stay away!

Negative experience: I inquired about one of their listings and Trenton Sneidman was as rude and arrogant as can be. He told me I was just wasting his time! I can't even explain in words how sour his tone was. He acted like I was beneath him. I think it is because he could tell I am black. This is very discriminating! I'm a serious cash buyer so it is him that is going to miss out on what could have been a great commission. I don't know if the whole company is like this but if they aren't then I suggest letting Trenton go. He is only steering business away.

Fantastic experience: Andrew was stellar in helping us find our new home. Courteous, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend and if we ever need a realtor again, he will be our first call.

Negative experience: Dulci Clark is one of the most utterly inept realtors I've ever encountered. We are a military family who is renting a home in Mechanicsburg, PA. While my child and wife were present, Dulci and a prospect came to our home to look at the property. Our 20-month-old infant, his toys, and playpen were an issue for her in our home, which she complained about to the real estate broker for the property owner, who then forwarded her complaint to us. Her remarks were completely disrespectful to us since she lacked both basic decency and respect when she showed up at our home at 9:00 a.m. I would not recommend this realtor or the company for which she works.

Fantastic experience: Andrew Smith was exceptional! We were so unhappy with previous results. Andrew came in and said he would get it taken care of and sell our house! With his hard work and never giving up attitude our house is sold and we are so very happy and for ever grateful. Thank you so much Andrew!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars doesn't do this review justice. Andrew answered every question and went out of his way to find me and my family a great home. Even when it got tough he pressed on to get us a good deal for a house we love.

Negative experience: We were looking to purchase our first home with this company. We gave our earnest deposit check in in a timely manner at least 2 to 3 days like the agreement stated. We had the sell terminated to do Financial situations. A month later still have not received the earnest deposit check from this company. Went to the office to see what was going on, the seller realtor hasn’t send in the paperwork in order for us to receive our earnest deposit check back because they got upset because the sell was terminated. Called up there and the earnest deposit check still not ready a whole month later. Was told I would get a call back but nothing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will not be looking to purchase a home with this company ever again. Would have gave 0 stars but it doesn’t go that low. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: When me and my brother decided to purchase a secondary residence in the area of Harrisburg I went on to search for a responsive Realtor that knew their way around the buyers process in PA. I am a licensed Realtor in NY and operate for 4 years across the NYC area. Ms. Tasha Baer has gone the extra, extra step during each part of the transaction. Considering how many disastrous encounters we had to face, she kept her composition, was on top of EVERYONE non stop, and her response time was amazing. I plan on purchasing number of homes in the area and even as a Realtor my self. I am going with Ms. Baer as my buyer agent hands down. 10/10 stars. I guarantee A++ Service from this wonderful young lady.

Negative experience: Awful experience, was difficult to get our own lawyers to look into the paper work because this company would say yes you contract you own people, somehow your people get left out of the dealings. Also trying to get a straight answer from an agent is unlikely. They tell you they don't know and will make sure to ask someone who knows. When you see them the next time with the same question. They still don't know the answer. The agents seemed to have lost money for the seller. It turned out better for the buyers but I truly felt bad to the sellers. I would like to know exactly but the realtor that was assigned to us never knew much of anything.

Fantastic experience: In the span of 10 months Mike was able to sell 2 townhomes for my wife and I as well as oversee the construction of our new house from the ground up. with mike’s knowledge and expertise of real estate, and in particular the Central PA market, he was able to sell our first townhouse in less than a week and our second townhouse sold in 2 months in a very difficult market. Mike was also an invaluable asset in the building process of our new house. This was the first time my wife and I had built a house and any time we had a question or concern Mike met us at the house and quickly put our minds at ease or spoke with the builder to ensure what we wanted was being done. We would recommend Mike from Keller Williams Realty to anyone who is in the market for a new home or looking to sell their current house. Thanks for everything Mike!!

Negative experience: My experience with Mr. Dustin Palmer has been nothing short of being dishonest and deceitful. Dustin Palmer has no customer service or tactfulness. He is very manipulative and lies about issues that are not true only to make a sale and receive his commission. Keller and Williams Team Leader Richard tried to sweep my complaint under the rug and did not take it seriously. This company staff cannot be trusted. Buyer Beware: I give this company an F- Please Please do not do any business with Dustin Palmer or Richard the Team Leader at Keller Williams at 530 Lockwillow Ave Harrisburg Pa. 17112
