Fantastic experience: My husband and I were looking to relocate from Middle Tennessee and ended up staying in one of Cindy’s rentals while exploring the area. Once we realized she was also a realtor, we reached out to her to start viewing homes. The house we ultimately chose needed quite a bit of work, but we could see its potential—and Cindy made the entire process feel easy. She was always responsive, answered every question we had, addressed concerns as they came up, and brought a deep knowledge of the area that was invaluable to us. Four years later, we’ve turned that house into a home we truly love. Cindy still checks in with us several times a year, which speaks volumes about how much she cares about her clients. Fantastic experience: It was a great experience having Cindy and her associates assist with our home purchase. When she wasn't available to show homes because of obligations to other clients, she made sure we were in good hands. She is a wealth of knowledge about the area and provided us great insights that helped us decide on which of the 48 houses......lol....we looked at was the right fit for us. Fantastic experience: Cindy was great to work with. She helped us buy a house in the area for relocation. She did a lot of extra work since we were not in the area. She also did a great job managing it as an Airbnb until we moved down here. Her assistant Selena is always very pleasant to talk to and deal with when anything that comes up. Her maintenance guy Jacob really saved the day when there was a busted pipe and I was 2,500 miles away. He got right in there and turned the water off, fixed the plumbing, aired the house out and installed new floors. It alleviated a lot of stress for us having them there.

Fantastic experience: We have stayed at two different properties managed by GCHE. The beach condo was in a perfect location with a pool on site for the smaller children. Also stayed downtown area on Cervantes. The Cervantes unit overlooked the road with an old southern style second story covered porch. The owner was available to answer questions within 10-15 minutes. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a property in the Perdido Key area, specifically a townhouse in the Innerarity Point complex. In early December of 2017 a listing appeared on Zillow and we contacted Amanda Cook with Gulf Coast Home Experts and the rest is history. We were in Kentucky and wasn’t going to be able to come to Florida for several weeks so Amanda went to the property and FaceTime’d us with a tour of the house. We liked what we saw and with Amanda’s help had a contract signed in a couple days based on our onsite review and approval. Ten days later we went to Florida and toured the house, we loved it and decided to complete the purchase. Amanda and her company not only helped us with the contract and purchase of the property but also gave us contacts for finance, insurance, inspection and anything else we needed. Now we are living on Perdido Bay living the dream, and it’s all thanks to Amanda and Gulf Coast Home Experts.
