Fantastic experience: Just an amazing leasing agency all around. They are fantastic at communication. They answer the phones during business hours and are prompt to reply to emails. I’m very impressed with the maintenance crews they use. Things get fixed quickly. Rent increased a bit each year, but usually just $50 or so; very easy to manage and budget for. The staff is so kind and professional. Just 2 days after turning in my keys, I got my full deposit back. If I ever find my way back to Pensacola I would rent from them again. I can’t recommend care realty enough.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the way Care Realty Group takes care of their clients. It really feels like a welcoming, family-run, business. I've been a tenant for nearly three years now, and at two separate properties. Any maintenance issue I've had were promptly taken care of, and the move-in/out and lease renewal processes have been seamless and easy. Most recently, I had some serious personal issues. They went well above and beyond to help out in any way they could. I was renting a tiny 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment for my oldest son and I. I had just renewed my lease to the apartment, in December, 2024. Then tragedy struck. My two youngest children's mother passed away on January 6th, 2025. There wasn't enough room in that tiny apartment to accommodate the 4 of us living there, so I called Care Realty and let them know about my situation. Not only did they immediately call the home-owner and convince them to let me out of my lease, without penalty, but they helped me find a 4 bed, 2 bath, house in my children's school zone to keep as much stability in their lives as possible. There was an issue, though. The new house didn't allow pets and I wasn't sure if the children's dog was coming to live with us, or not. Care Realty called the home-owner, negotiated a lower rent than advertised, AND convinced them to allow the dog with no increase in the monthly rent. The only thing I would have to pay, was a one time $250 non-refundable pet fee. I was blown away, and very thankful! When I turned in the keys to the old apartment, they did their move-out inspection the same day, and had the check for my deposit back to me the very next day. I got my full deposit back! The folks at Care Realty Group have been great the entire 3 years I've been a client of theirs, and they've been a real God-send with helping my kids and I through these recent troubling times. Fantastic experience: Rented a house from them for about 4 years. There are downsides to renting and to not interfacing directly with the owner (decision maker). Care was a fine property management company to me though. They were responsive to maintenance requests and issues, pretty reasonable overall, and they released my entire security deposit back to me after I left the house in fair and clean condition.

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and responds to issues regarding maintenance quickly. I haven’t had an issue other than parking sometimes do to other tenants not being considerate.

Fantastic experience: CARE Realty is a very professional, diligent property management company that works well to not only help property owners but also treat tenants fairly and respectfully.

Fantastic experience: Care Realty Group has been a great management company to rent from! We’ve rented from them for the past two years and have no complaints. They fixed the few things that I asked about without hesitation and the house we rented, although a little outdated, was well taken care of and ready for us when we moved in. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt, most people who write reviews are the ones who want to say something bad. Sadly, positive reviews are hard to come by. If you’re feeling iffy about renting from CRG, go into their office and talk to them! You’ll feel much better about renting from them after that! Super nice and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: Really nice people here. I came from realty masters where they were nasty, really rude, and unprofessional. It scarred me. So I assumed that all realty companies was to be that way. But not here. I can appreciate that.

Negative experience: Called to inquire about a place. Was told that they don’t do sight unseen I asked was this a law because I noticed a lot of places had the same practice. Was told no it’s to cover them so that people can’t sign a lease and then when they see it say they don’t like it and then leave them poor reviews online. My family and myself are moving from Ohio 16 hours away and do not know anyone in town. They told me I could go on Facebook and pay a random stranger to go see the property and have me on FaceTime when I asked could they possibly go to the property and FaceTime while there they said no because that would be a conflict. Which makes absolutely no sense. It would be no different than a random stranger as I don’t know either of you and I’m just using you to FaceTime so I could see a place. I don’t care who the person is. It’s better than possibly being scammed on Facebook by the person not showing and now I’m out of money and still can’t apply. I also offered to sign a contract stating that I would not complain online or try and break the lease still a no. I understand the trying to cover yourself but it makes it extremely hard for those who can’t be there and you all basically are like who cares. Well good luck not getting those bad reviews online because apparently they can only come from those who don’t see the property first.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing bad to say about Care Realty. I spent four years with this rental company. They were always courteous and professional with every interaction I had with them. At the end of my lease I received a full return of my deposit. Thanks!

They have really made with process easy for me and my family. The receptionist Lizz was so sweet and always greeted me with a smile, I couldn't be more happy with this relator company.

Fantastic experience: When our house flooded during Sally Care Realty seemed to be the only one who could get us into a Rental quickly. If we ever had a problem they were very quick to take care of it. They even helped us extend our lease a couple months when our new house wasn’t ready. Fantastic experience: We were customers of Care Realty Group for over 15 years. As out-of-state owners, JC and his team have done an amazing job managing our rental property. They have screened and selected quality tenants that took great care of our house. They were prompt in taking care of repairs to make sure tenants did not have any issues. And the best part, the rent was always on time. Now that we have sold the house, JC was again amazing as our Realtor. He listed the house, negotiated the contract, and sold the house so efficiently that it was by far the easiest real estate transaction we've ever had. Care Realty Group has set a standard of excellence that we will measure any and all property management companies by in the future. And if we decide to invest in rental properties in the Pensacola area again, Care Realty Group will be our first phone call for both a Realtor and a Property Management Company. Fantastic experience: I have had Care Realty managing my property since mid 2006. They are by far the best managers an owner could ask for. They are easy to contact and easy to work with. Thier contractors are quick, efficient and well priced when maintenance or work is needed. When time came to sell, JC worked overtime to get everything done despite all of the obstacles we encountered. They are very fair in thier pricing and very fair to tenants while still holding the owners best interest at heart. I highly recommend Care Realty over any other management company anywhere.

Fantastic experience: I rented from care Realty Group for 9 years anything I needed fixed they always responded in a reasonable time frame. They always communicated anything such as inspections. I recently closed on a home and moved I received my full deposit back from 9 years ago! Most companies either keep the deposit or never contact you after moving. I definitely recommend renting or buying from this company.

Fantastic experience: I recommend CRG for your rental needs. My family rented with Care Realty Group from August 2016-August 2021. The 5 years with them were great. They always were there to answer to our maintenance needs. They took care of us and always delivered good service. Though I have not met most of them in person but they always make us feel welcome and were very friendly every time. Thank you to all CRG staff for making our 5 years very smooth.

Positive experience: Whenever I had a problem they did fix it.

Negative experience: Terrible. The first night we moved in I counted 18 German cockroaches all over the place. There was an infestation. Baseboards were disgusting. Air conditioner has gone out about 4 times and instead of replacing it they just send someone to temporarily fix the issue. It’s probably a 40 year old air conditioner. It doesn’t even keep the house cool in the summer. By the mid afternoon the temperature in the house is 78 (with the air conditioner on) and doesn’t cool down till about 10 at night. Also when we moved in the carpet had a weird waxy feel to it and if you were to wear white socks the color of them turned completely yellow. They even said that the carpet was brand new which is hilarious. They replaced all the ceiling except the main bedroom and bathroom where it leaks during a bad storm. I’m so happy we’re moving out soon.

Positive experience: My wife and I have been renting with CRG for almost a year and a half now. They've been very good to us. Rent is a little higher than I'd like but that's the market right now. You can't go too wrong with these guys.

Fantastic experience: For the most part they were great about fixing things that were broken during the time I rented may 2019- February 2021, they were responsive when I needed something done which was amazing. Moving out wasn’t extremely difficult, I was provided with the information that I needed. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends for their rental needs. My security deposit as well as partial rent both were returned in a timely fashion once everything was taken care of so I am extremely happy! Amanda was great she communicated to me everything that needed to be done prior to moving out and she was compassionate.

Negative experience: Would not use this agency. Called about a property for rent, the lady at the desk was not helpful at all. Very condescending, had to ask her what I needed to do to apply for the property and she didn’t seem like she wanted to help me at all. Went to the office to make a payment for my application fee and she was sitting in her car 10 min before the office closed, saw me try to enter and put her car in reverse and decided not to help me at all. I even honked my horn to see if I could get her attention and she stopped and looked at me again and just drove off. Guess she does not care about customer service. Also told me and my fiancé we had to apply separately so they could charge us two application fees. See lies below.

Negative experience: My daughter left one box and was charged 450$ haul out fee. Scammers And in response to your lies. Apparently from all the other people you rent to you do the same scam Not to mentioned putting your hands on my daughter while gathering HER 6 MONTH OLD SON just because she raised her voice at you. Honestly don't see how your still renting to people

Negative experience: These people are some of the most rude and unprofessional people I’ve ever met in my life. I have had two different phone calls where the person on the other side was so rude I couldn’t believe they actually worked for a business. And then I came here to leave a review and saw that there are many others saying the exact same thing. So I guess this is just how they treat people. We rented through them while there on orders and I will make sure I let everyone through ever squadron I can, know not to work with this company. Strictly on how unprofessional they are.

Fantastic experience: CARE Realty Group managed our Pensacola rental properties for 15 years. They we alway professional, honest and effective. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: After leaving the rental in great condition, 80% was deducted from the deposit. Rue the day we worked so hard to make it better than we found it... Better to have left it in a mess... Our morals will not less us.

Negative experience: The people that work there are friendly but they will screw you over with the deposit. Took a day off of work to thoroughly clean the house. However I was still charged a $250 cleaning fee and received no explanation why. I was charged an extra $300 for various damages that were already in the house before I arrived. We had multiple water pipe leaks that stained the carpets and we were also charged for that. When I called and then sent a letter to dispute the charges I received no response.

Fantastic experience: Currently in the application process. This morning, after seeing a home listed online last night, I called them. I got straight through to them (which can be very frustrating because management companies experience high call volume). I spoke with Alya who was very upbeat and polite. I gave her the address to the property and she gave clear instructions on entering the property at my arrival. I viewed the property with no issues and have decided to apply. I went back to the office to complete the application and that went just as smooth as inquiring and viewing. The office is modern with the looks of a very organized office. Alya did a wonderful and detailed job of explaining the application process, approvals, deposits & signing the lease. Moving has been difficult but this experience and the atmosphere of this office has given a little bit of reassurance that they are the right company! Thank you for a stress free day Alya!!

Fantastic experience: I personally just called and spoke with Judy as well and she was very polite with me. The property I'm interested in she said would be fine with our 3 cats. I was polite and mannerly with her and got the same in return. Hoping to do business with them soon.

Negative experience: Called and spoke with a "judy" she is very rude, didn't listen to me, said my dogs would be a problem, that I was rude and to never call back. Save your time and find a better place to shop
