2 years ago Fantastic experience: Our experience with the Hoover Group, and Daniel Lewis specifically, was due to our New York State realtor, Kristian Khachadourian, recommending Daniel to us. Kristian (also part of Keller Williams Realty in the Capital District NY area) sold our home in NYS and during our discussions with him we expressed the possibility of purchasing a property in Florida. When we found a property Kristian contacted Daniel, who represented us in all aspects of the purchase. One word can perfectly state Daniel's efforts on our behalf...OUTSTANDING!!! Daniel's experience and knowledge of the Florida panhandle real estate market was priceless to us as out of state buyers. He was on top of the whole process, anticipating issues or concerns we might have before we had them, and already working with his team (thank you Tara!!) to address the issues. 2 years ago Fantastic experience: EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We had a whole team assisting us through our home buying experience. Our Realtors Brad and Daniel were absolutely amazing. Brad literally was there to answer any questions we had regardless of what time of day we texted. He answered us instantly. If he didn't know the answer to our question, he took time out to research in detail and come back with an answer. Brad has been our shinning star, always going above and beyond to help. He went to our new home to change all broken light bulbs to make sure they were working properly and even removed tires that were left in the yard. Even when we had an emergency occur during our buying process, everyone provided us with support and helped keep us calm. Tyran, our coordinator helped walk us through the final steps, providing us with additional guidance. We have had bad experiences with other realty companies, so we were very nervous to see how this company conducted business. They are outstanding. Brad and Daniel have become like part of the family. 3 years ago Fantastic experience: Elaijuah was very helpful from day one of our house hunting. We made arrangements to view several properties within the next couple of days. With each house Elaijuah made it a point to ask what we liked and didn't like about the property. The last property we looked at that day was exactly what we were looking for in a house. Turned out that after we got the home inspection back, that this was not the house for us after all. Elaiguah was completely understanding and when we asked him to meet us at a new construction home he didn't hesitate. Turns out this was the house for us and even though we would have to wait three and half months, he knew that we were happy about the house. During the construction period, Eliaiguah went out off his way to go by and check the progress then send us updates along with pictures and always made it a point to see if there was anything we need or had questions about. The long awaited closing date came on 27 April and we couldn't be any happier. Thank you Eliaguah for going the extra mile and making this a pleasant experience.
