Negative experience: Nick Greisinger was the listing agent for the home I purchased. He was not transparent at all , and misled the seller to believe that they did not have to pay commission to my buyers agent. His greed and deceptive tactics are unacceptable and I would never recommend him as a real estate agent.

They don’t want to help just get you into a place, lie to get you into that place. Only sane person is Amanda, even though it’s not much she can do. SMH I need to get a lawyer ASAP

Fantastic experience: I do not have a normal 9-5 work day and Shana was very accommodating with schedule. Going through the home buying process can be stressful. Shana was always a calming voice when I was stressed and would remind me of the bigger picture. I appreciated her patience as well as her knowledge.

Negative experience: This is in regards to Spectrum Real Estate. The communication was not great or clear. When I followed up on all avenues the response was not professional. I did view the rental property I was interested in and had asked common questions such as what the heating system was (electric, gas, etc) and the agent did not know the answer. The next step was the application process which included a $250 fee. By law (passed Jan 1, 2024) that is illegal, and the only fee charged should be a bci and credit check which you can also provide if it has been with in 90 days). The entire process was just not clear, organized, or professional.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with other realtors companies and this is by far the best company. Bobby was a dream! he delivers on everything we ask for and nothing less. He made sure to only show us houses that were hitting all of our check items. He stayed within budget and area. He made us feel very comfortable with all of our questions and had a ton of resources for us.

If you need a contractor for any reason during the process, they can help with that too. The contractors they recommended were excellent. They were responsive, reasonably priced their services, and sensitive to the timeline needed. They know how to sell a house fast. They kept an aggressive showing schedule and I received multiple offers well above listing price within days of listing. I am very happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend them for any real estate needs you have.

He worked with the sellers/seller agents and scheduled the property visits based on our availability. Also, he was always present at the sites before the scheduled time and walked us through the properties. He never pushed us to commit for a deal without our satisfaction and also pointed out the advantages/disadvantages at properties that we haven't noticed which helped us with the purchase. Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS REALITOR!! THEY ABANDONED US COMPLETELY. I FOUND OUR HOME.. THEY SHOWED TO ONE MEETING WHERE THEY DROPPED THE BALL AND ALMOST COST US ALL THE REPAIRS. MY HUSBAND HAD TO FIX THIER MISTAKES. THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP TO THE APRAISAL, THE WALK THROUGH, THE MEETING WITH THE BANKER, THE FINAL WALK THROUGH AND THE CLOSING ( DESPITE RESPONDING TO ALL INVITATIONS) THE KICK THEY STILL TOOK THE COMMISSION. MAJOR ETHICAL VIOLATIONS. SCAM ARTIST 100%

Fantastic experience: After shopping around for a while, we knew that Pete and his team were the folks we wanted as we went through this process. He walked us through all of the similar comparable houses on the market, seasonal and "long term" trends to show us how he came to his recommended asking price. If you're a data person like me, you'll absolutely love that aspect. His focus on data, honesty, and a fair deal was evident through the whole process. If anything on our house or the houses we looked at wasn't "picture perfect", he gave us reasonable and sound advice on which items were must-fixes and which ones aren't worth bringing up. His expertise here really helped us navigate as we were upsizing and had limited experience with homes of this size. Pete was polite, calm, collected, and totally punctual for every interaction we had with him. Whether it was email, phone, in person meetings, inspections, or on closing day itself, Pete was always there and 100% prepared when we needed him. I can't recommend Pete and the Spectrum team enough, especially Sarah who helped us through after the contract was signed right up until closing.
