As a first-time homebuyer, he answered all of my questions and walked me through the process so I understood each step of the way. Lou also worked within my schedule to see homes on the weekend when I couldn’t get away from work. Lou knew my needs for a home and helped me pick those that best fit that criteria without it being hard for me. For more experienced buyers, Lou knows a lot about house structure and design that would be helpful to an investor or multi-family owner. He has great ideas about remodeling and upgrading and noticed many things that are important to note when vetting a property. Lou doesn’t deal in high pressure sales tactics or makes promises he cannot deliver on. Working with Lou is like working with a partner who is truly vested in your home buying process. As my first realtor ever, I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Fantastic experience: We Bought our home in Cumberland, RI in a very difficult market, with the help of the Barrows team. We mostly met with Lou but occasionally Jordan filled in when Lou could not.
