Negative experience: I was primarily responsible for selling my mom’s house and worked with Teesha during the process. It was already a stressful time, and unfortunately, she made it even more difficult. Her lack of customer service was shocking—at one point, she told me I was “wasting her time” and hung up the phone. It felt like she no longer cared once she had secured our business. This is an experience I won’t forget, and I strongly encourage others to look for professionals who are both respectful and genuinely care about their clients.

This has by far been the worst settlement/closing experience I have ever encountered in my many transactions. Do not ever use them. I wish I could give 0 stars. 7 days later we still are not sure where the settlement is standing.
