Negative experience: In 2019 we bought a home listed by one of their agents. Over the past three years we have had people peer in our windows, be all over the property harassing us about selling etc because the agent refused to take it out of mls. Now that we are trying to sell, we cannot because it shows as a duplicate mls listing and the previous selling agent is still not addressing it. At this point every delay of listing is a loss of money and time for us. Would not recommend her/anyone backing her unless you want an agent that is unaware and uncaring.

Negative experience: Awful experience. Let’s say I bought the wrong property at the right time, and now I’m stuck with a property I hate and with no opportunity to buy the one that I really want because interests are way higher. In the middle of pandemic, agent was desperate to sell, so she told me she could get me out of contract when I told her that was not the property I wanted, so she made me sign and pay the earnest money and then, after signing for a property she knew I didn’t want, told me if I wanted out, the seller would retain the earnest money, and even could make me still pay for the property. Be the judge. I’m stuck with a property I hate and suffering severe depressions.

Negative experience: Really can’t believe that an agent would get on facebook of all places and insult another agent, post a screenshot of their listing publicly & make hurtful, uninformed comments about the list price (of SOMEONE ELSE’s listing), all to try and make herself look better. I would be terrified to have someone like that ever represent me in buying or selling a home. I thought realtors had an ethics code?

Negative experience: Wes Marth completely dropped the ball getting our application in for a rental home. He ignored texts and phone calls all night (I have proof). When I found out the house we wanted was no longer taking applications I texted him and said we were dropping him as an agent. At the point he decided he was going to not take any responsibility and actually blame me for not getting the application in. We had a few questions that needed answers from him before we were able to turn it in but like I said he ignored us. So we lost this house because he didn't do his job. And then to turn around and gaslight me? No. Do not use this realtor. I will be contacting his boss as well. So insanely unprofessional and rude.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Such a shame

Fantastic experience: Attend a new member orientation for my friend. Such a great training. Fyi there is a smoking section on the upper patio are but no smoking in the building. Such a great training and it was very impressive environment. The only other environment that is more impressive is the current low interest rate environment we are in. We not only had three over asking offers the day after listing, but we had an agent, Mave Hiegel, whom went over and above during one of the most critical pandemics publicized in my lifetime....from homemade masks, to depleting her footie stock for safety as potential buyers viewed the property, to homemade sanitizer when even Amazon was out of stock, expediting a VA loan to close in THREE WEEKS!!! to leaving appraisers and buyers all the things needed for a successful sale and easy transaction. We actually met the buyers and to our knowledge they loved how well the sale went. Can’t say enough kind things about Mave whom made us feel like we were the only clients in the world! Fantastic experience: A big shout out to Edwena Potter who just handled our home sale in Stonehill Farms. Fastest process we've EVER encountered. A total of 8 weeks start to finish! From our first meeting with her in January.... to a contract in 10 days after going on market then to close 13 days later with proceeds in the bank same day. Plus she drove approximately two hours in today's horrible weather to pick up our closing documents and deliver them back to the Title Company in Flower Mound since we had already moved and for dispersement to take place.
