Fantastic experience: Buying your first house is a daunting task and one that involves so many decisions and so many questions. Not only are they extremely talented at their profession, but they go above and beyond to guide and support you personally. The Gaskill’s would not let us buy a home that they wouldn’t be comfortable letting their own son or daughter buy. We went on *many* home tours and the Gaskill’s steered us in the right direction and wouldn’t let us fall into the trap of jumping on a home that they knew we’d later regret. There are so many examples I can think of where the Gaskill’s went out of their way to support us in our home buying/selling journey (late night emails/phone calls, cross-town home tours at the last minute, personal advice/guidance, presents for our kids, lunches, coffees, ect.). I was a first-time homebuyer who had no clue what he was doing — hardly the type of client you’d think a successful real estate group that regularly deals in much larger and more expensive houses than I was in the market for would be eager to take on. But from the first time I spoke with them, they made me feel like a million bucks. And I thank God everyday for bringing them into my life. Beth, Amy, and Jack don’t treat you like a client. They treat you like family. And when I say the entire team goes to bat for you during the home buying process, I mean the ENTIRE team! They were always available. They were always responsive. They were always willing to schedule and make long drives for showings. And they were always brutally honest — letting me know why houses that I thought looked like contenders were actually risky buys full of red flags.
