Fantastic experience: This was probably a particularly difficult process for Lesa and her team due to our circumstances. We were remote buyers and needed family/Lesa and team to do showings entirely remote, discuss options remote, etc. We saw none of the houses in person. Everyone on the team was incredibly responsive and not only got us a house we love, but also helped us get contractors out there, and post ownership have helped make sure that people can get into the home and a variety of other items that make our move much easier overall for us.

Negative experience: If there was an option to give zero stars, I’d immediately click that. Lesa gave no effort in conversation and took multiple days to respond to me. I had to get another person involved to even hear back from her and then lied to us about the availability of the unit.

To no fault of her or Keller , the seller of my condo kind of screwed me a bit after the closing by leaving her animals to run Free in the condo days before I was to move in...leaving a urine smelling condo. Fantastic experience: Lesa Lillibridge and her team (especially Mindy) have been life and time savers! To begin our story, my fiance and I had been looking for a place to rent near my family in Akron. Currently we live two hours away so finding a place was getting rough with the lack of responses to our applications and pictures of possible rentals. A friend had reached out to me and told me she was moving soon and maybe I could swipe her house before it got put on the market for rent. Little did I know this would be when team Lillibridge entered our lives to make this moving process much easier on us. We were unable to swing my friends house due to move in date conflicts but that did not stop Mindy from helping us find the right fit. We answered a few questions and she sent us a link to properties based on our preferences. Mindy made sure we were able to get a virtual tour of the property we wanted to rent before we put money down on an application and reached out to the property manager for us so they knew we were eager to rent. Once our applications were reviewed we were accepted for the rental we were sent all of our documents to be reviewed and signed online which was super easy and convenient. Paying security deposit and first month rent was also done online and very convenient. Lesa and her team were there for us every step of the way and making sure everything was done in a timely manner to make sure we were secured the rental we wanted. I would highly recommend working with them wether you are looking for your forever home or a rental! I know this was a long one but believe it or not I could have wrote more nice things about them. Fantastic experience: There are not enough stars to properly rate Lesa and her team. I've seen posts from Real Estate Agents in the past that imply friendships are struck between Agent and Client. Never thought I would experience that myself but here I am. I met Lesa while hunting for a rental, she represented a young landlord whose property I was thinking of renting. Although I ended up not going through with that rental, I couldn't help but notice how aligned Lesa was with her client and the way that she fought to make sure he got the deal he wanted from his end. I couldn't help but be impressed by how much she treated him like her own family. It was right around then I decided due to rental prices that I might as well explore buying. Once I had my pre-approval in order I knew I had to call Lesa back to see if she'd be interested in representing me as a real estate customer. Selfishly- I saw how dedicated she was to that client and I wanted someone like that backing me up through this new experience. Four months later I'm preparing to move into a house I didn't dream I'd be able to own. We closed last week, an amazing deal that is almost hard to imagine in the current real estate climate. Lesa went to war for me every step of the way, to make sure I had everything I wanted. She thought of the things I never would have and used them to get seller concession after concession until somehow I walked away with a deal that sets me up wonderfully for the future. Her contacts with other agents, lenders, contractors proved invaluable and since she has tons of experience as a contractor herself she was able to help me make smart decisions all along the way. Not only that but she's helped line me up with contractors to do necessary jobs for the new place. She even set jobs up for me and handled the contractors when I got injured toward the end of this process and was immobile for almost two weeks. I didn't even have to ask, Lesa makes it her mission to know what you want and she makes it happen. Talk about going many extra miles, what more can you possibly ask of someone? Both of my younger brothers will be going to Lesa when they are ready to buy. And I would not refer them to anybody I didn't trust like family. That's what Lesa has been, and to a guy who lost his parents young I absolutely needed someone I could trust and count on. I cannot stress enough that my smartest decision this entire process was going to Lesa and trusting her with this process. I'd likely still be throwing my money away at a rental unit were it not for her instead of moving into an exciting new home. Most importantly I've made a dependable friend who I would gladly trust with a key to my home, and that's something no amount of money can buy these days. If you're even thinking of going elsewhere- don't! Take it from me Lesa Lillibridge is the best move you'll make.

Fantastic experience: Ron was terrific. He was the agent that handled the sale of a vacant lot we bought in 2020. He persisted in staying in touch with us while our new house was being built, letting us know he would be happy to handle the sale of our existing home. At the time, we had another real estate agent we had delt with for the last 15 years, in buying rental properties. When the time came for us to sell, our regular agent ended up being retired, so, we gave Ron the go ahead. Ron scheduled an open house for 12/31/22 at 11:00am. At 2:30 pm, Ron called us to let us know he had a full price offer. Before we had a chance to talk it over, Ron called back and said he had another offer that was $1k more than the first! The pair of buyers went back and forth and we agreed finally at about 3:00pm to sell for $5500 over asking price. If I could give Ron 10 stars, I would since he earned it!
