Fantastic experience: Josh helped me search for a house based off my requirements of a garage and acreage. Met up on a moments notice to view whichever house I desired. When I finally found one I wanted. he worked through the weekend and late night to put together an offer which got accepted. Then helped me through the inspections referring me to inspectors and appraisals through the bank. I also got denied at the first bank but the same day Josh connected me with a lender that was able to work with me. This was my first house buying experience and without Josh I don’t know what I would’ve done as he handled and cleared every hiccup and roadblock that came our way. 10/10 would recommend. He taught us important information during the home buying process from the construction of the houses, to what to look for when doing a walk through. He would point out items that we should be mindful of and highlighted aspects of homes we would have never thought about. From the basement where all the most expensive costs can occur to the functionality of appliances. Josh knows his stuff! Josh was patient with us, even when we would send him like 10 houses in a row at like 8/9 o’clock at night. We would get anxious because the market was so hot, we felt like we needed send a bunch of listings and hope we could go see them before they were already pending. But Josh wouldn’t get annoyed with us or limit the houses we wanted to go see. He always showed up with a great attitude and a smile on his face genuinely excited for us to find our first home. When we finally found our home, Josh helped us put in a fair offer that got accepted the same day. He was able to negotiate all the things we wanted and then some. He knew what was reasonable and looked out for our interests the entire time. We are super excited about our new home and cannot wait to have all of our friends over for our housewarming. :)

He checks the age of the furnace, checks for foundation cracks, etc. He schedules viewings super quickly. Even after several viewings of homes I just didn’t like, he never made me feel like I was wasting his time, and I never got the feeling that he just wanted me to pick something already. Once I did find my dream home, but it was taken off the market, I viewed a few more homes with him, which felt like disappointments to me, and he was very understanding and also agreed that these other houses couldn’t hold a candle to the one I really wanted. My husband is stationed overseas, and Josh was good about texting him as well to keep him in the loop. He stood by our side for months as we waited for the owners of our dream home to relist the house. We weren’t sure if the day was ever going to come. I will always remember the day Joshawa called me to tell me that I could resubmit my offer on the house!
