Fantastic experience: Julia is a godsend! My wife and I first reached out to Julia online when we were looking for a new realtor to help us in our home search. When we met her, we were already very weary with the homebuying process as we had just cut ties with our previous realtor after a deal that had fallen through. Julia disproved all our initial worries and doubts—and having her by our side made our home search infinitely smoother despite the tough and crazy real estate market brought about by the pandemic. Julia took the time to understand our needs and wants and readily curated for us home listings based on our taste while also being very respectful of our budget (mind you our budget was tight and we were not those buyers who could afford to bid on houses $$ tens of thousands more above asking price). She was able to book private viewing appointments as soon as we let her know we were interested in a house and is always on time. During showings, she always looked after our interests, telling us what she thought about the current condition of the house we were in and whether we would get a fair deal out of it. Julia is an effective communicator and negotiator—she always ensured that all our questions were answered and if she didn’t have an answer for us right then and there, she would do her due diligence and get back to us right away when she finally did have an answer. She always puts you 2 steps ahead of the game by preparing all the necessary paperwork if you want to move forward with a deal. When the home inspector didn’t show up for our scheduled home inspection, she immediately called one of her contacts and got us a new appointment for the home inspection. When a decommissioned oil tank was detected during the inspection, she immediately rushed to the town hall to request for public records about the property so we can confirm the existence and/or removal of an oil tank. While waiting for the seller to get the oil tank removed and getting the CO for the house, Julia was an effective liaison, constantly keeping tabs on the seller’s agent to make sure we were still on track to close based on our timeline. Overall, Julia did an incredible job of landing us our new home from start to finish and not once did she ever make us feel pressured to make any of our decisions throughout the homebuying process. It was our pleasure to work with her—she is so sweet and very easy to talk to. Thank you, Julia! We could not have made it through one of the most challenging real estate markets without your help.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Julia throughout our market search. We were on a tight time line and honestly we could haven’t managed our search and finalized the process successfully without her assistance and support. Since day 1 she didn’t only listen to us and understand our expectations but also directed us into right direction when needed along with great market insights. Julia has provided us an amazing service with her hands on approach and sense of urgency. This is my second time I had an opportunity to have worked with her and I can’t think of better agent than Julia. She is friendly, very open to communicate and easy to get along with , experienced but most importantly someone that you can always count on your home search because she will get the job done for you.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife met Julia back in 2017 when we were looking for a rented apartment. She patiently helped us in our house search and after almost 3 years of search we were able to find our dream house, thanks to Julia's dedication and relentless pursuit. She is like a family member now and we strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking to either rent or buy their dream home.

Fantastic experience: We bought our property in the middle of Covid-19 pandemic. From start to finish, it was between March 26th and May 15th and worked unexpectedly well. I personally hoped for the best but prepared for the worst (due to Covid-19) and surprised to see how smooth it was to work with Julia. She was very knowledgeable about the market in Bergen county, but also dynamic enough to understand and adopt to changing dynamics in Covid-19 pandemic.
