Negative experience: Non-responsiveness, no real consideration for the property and tenants and owners who live there. Expensive use of vendors that do poor work and sometimes have to do it again at owner's expense. All they care about is raising fees and doing the minimum. No confidence at all in this company for the past couple of years and the future. Consider Viza Property Management in Hoboken for your condo/property management. I wish our board and owners would do due dilligence and change in the near future for the benefit of all.

Negative experience: Poor communication and slow response times made dealing with this management company frustrating. Maintenance requests often took too long to be addressed, which negatively affected the overall living experience.

Negative experience: Atlantic Management has been extremely disappointing and difficult to work with. They purchase unnecessarily expensive insurance policies that the building does not appear to need, putting a financial burden on owners without clear justification. The financial statements are not clear at all, making it very hard to understand how money is being managed. Transparency is seriously lacking. They are also rude and dismissive when communicating with owners. When we tried to make a change to the Board, they refused to cooperate and acted as if owners do not have the right to elect or replace board members. This is unacceptable. Instead of supporting a legal and bylaw-compliant process, they delay voting and create obstacles at every step. It feels like they believe they have more power than the owners themselves. We do not recommend Atlantic Management.

Negative experience: Atlantic Management has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable. None of the company supervisors ever seem to visit or properly oversee the building, and the staff they send are not adequately managed. The financial reports are confusing and unclear, making it very difficult for owners to understand where the money is going. Transparency is seriously lacking. Even more concerning, the building’s alarm systems were not working properly, and we discovered they had been expired for nearly 20 years. This level of negligence is unacceptable. On top of everything, the company is rude, unresponsive, and does not care about the building or the owners. HOA fees continue to increase without justification, putting unnecessary pressure on residents. I don’t recommend Atlantic Management

Negative experience: HOA fees have increased uncontrollably, with little to no explanation. On top of that, they do not listen to owners’ concerns and often come across as rude and dismissive. It is frustrating to deal with a company that shows so little respect for the people they are supposed to serve. I would not recommend Atlantic Management to any community.

Negative experience: It has been a total nightmare to deal with these people. They have increased HOA fees to 300%, making it impossible for some home owners to pay. They are stealing from the owners! STAY AWAY!!!!

Negative experience: Pretty poor management office, packages get stolen with proof of building video footage and all they say is I am very sorry. videos provided from the own building and they still can't do anything and won't do anything.

Negative experience: Stay far away from this management company. Takes forever for repairs to get fixed, they get ppl to patch things up which causes a bigger issues, gotta wait for approvals after the issue was reported a month ago. I hope the higher ups such as Akiva Kohn, Joseph Rosenberg, or Larry Silverman see this review so they know what’s going on and how it’s affecting the tenants. Here’s the aftermath of my bedroom ceiling due to issues with the roof or pipes. Looks like a scene from Stranger Things.

Negative experience: Horrible Experience with Atlantic Management - Unresolved Mice Infestation and Terrible Customer Service I would rate Atlantic Management zero stars if I could. My experience living in the apartment on Palisades Avenue in Cliffside Park was nothing short of awful. I had to move out within three months due to a severe mice infestation. I have two young children under the age of two, and the mice destroyed my brand-new furniture and belongings. They chewed up backpacks, created holes in my laundry bags, and left mouse droppings on my kitchen counters and even inside my pots. I immediately reported the issue to Atlantic Management, but their response was dismissive. They insisted there were no mice in the building and claimed no one else had complained, even though the entire building was infested and many tenants had given up reporting the issue due to the lack of action. Some even resorted to getting cats to deal with the problem. I on my own caught 6 mice in my apartment. What was even more frustrating was how the company handled the termination of my lease. They demanded that I vacate the apartment within two days in order to receive my security deposit and rent back—completely unreasonable, especially with two small children and no time to find a new place to live. Not only was I put under extreme stress, but I was also left with all my belongings ruined in storage because I had no time to make alternative arrangements. There was no apology or empathy from anyone at Atlantic Management. Meir and Jonna, who I interacted with, have terrible customer service skills and no real problem-solving ability. The super was sent to patch up holes in the apartment, but it was clear they were giving him instructions over the phone on how to do so—how can they assess the situation properly this way if not there to physically see where the holes are in the apartment? This building needs to be inspected and shut down until the mice infestation is completely resolved. Atlantic Management needs to take responsibility for the neglect and lack of professionalism, and hire actual experts to address the issue. I’m left struggling as a single mother with two young children, all because of the dishonesty and lack of action from this company. Also instead of cleaning every part of the apartment for new tenants I received the oven with mice poop from years and years piled up that I had to clean. I left the oven brand new and clean as well as all the dust and dirt stuck inside the heat, all little things I didn’t notice before renting the apartment. Just disgusting,

Negative experience: Stay away. This management has teamed up with Jasco management, to take over the others properties. They play favorites with the board, and non board members. Next to no financial information. Projects for building, are done behind owners back. Racked up fines, cleaned out bank accounts. Daniella can be very rude, and over stepping out by laws, meetings held with no supporting information. Attempted to revise the by laws herself. She has no license. Not present when needed. Building contractors leave garbage overflowing, attracting mice. Front of the property has feces. Unknown tenants over occupying apts, illegally. Stay far away. A startling amount of problems every week. Never ends. Can not live in peace, with this management company involved. Do not hire them.

Fantastic experience: Sara at Atlantic Management has been a true gift for our small building in Jersey City. In one year alone she managed the replacement of a leaking roof, repair of water damage from the roof leak, repainting all of the hallways in our building, fixing a very annoying fire alarm system that had been going off randomly for years, replacing & upgrading our door buzzer system with a new system that enables us to buzz in cat sitters and delivery people through our cell phones (which is an incredible feature for those of us who travel). We are Incredibly lucky and EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to be managed by Atlantic Management especially as a smaller building with only 8 units. They are the best!

Fantastic experience: We’ve had Atlantic for 3 years and they are great! Sara is very attentive to owners needs and always makes great recommendations and gets the job(s) done! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Bad management. Tenants do what they want. Some tenants can’t complaint against owners because each apartment is owned by different landlord. I can’t wait to get out.

Negative experience: they try rent it all apartments with not showing for renters just signed by paper and moved, you don't know what inside apartment how bad shape stove&refrigerator or anything be careful First tell them you wanna see apartments then sign the lease.

Fantastic experience: I'm currently a board member of a Hudson County 39 unit building which recently selected Atlantic as our new Management Company. Our 2 previous management companies were unhelpful and actually took advantage of us in multiple way. In the short time Atlantic Mangement and Daniella have taken over our building its a completely different experience. Highly Highly recommend speaking to them if you're in search of a management company. Thank You Atlantic!!!

Fantastic experience: Since Atlantic assumed management of our condo building, there have been improvements in both general maintenance and building renovations. They're very responsive and proactive when there are issues and also aggressive in pursuing payment for accounts that are in arrears. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Never went there but involved with them . The manager Joseph and also Kathleen are easy to talk to and respond to your questions.

Negative experience: New tenant can't ever get anyone on the line been without power for 2 days can't even mc forgot what utility services they used in their building

Negative experience: Truly poor customer service. Never have i ever felt so unwelcome, Kathleen specifically makes all feel uncomfortable as we are a bother. I could never imagine someone could be so bothered to do their job.

Negative experience: Our building 6209 Blvd E WNY - Lobby door Buzzer has been out of order for almost 2 weeks! So during a pandemic, tenants need to go downstairs to open the lobby door for food/package deliveries ..etc , Emailed Atlantic Management, however when they feel like answering, you are being told it is fixed even though it is still not working! If one of the property Managers was actually living in this building, I am sure it would already be fixed! I filed a complaint through the bureau of Housing Inspection .. will call them back on Monday, hopefully someone will be able to get thinks moving.

Fantastic experience: when our condo association in downtown jersey city was looking for a new management company last year, someone recommended Atlantic and we have been extremely happy with the transition and their thorough management!! their staff is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with! they have saved our association a lot of money, we should have switched to their company years ago! highly recommended!!

Negative experience: No help at all you need to do is to wait for a while before they do the apartment problems. calling the costumer service telling you that they dont manage building. smh

Fantastic experience: Atlantic Management has been managing our condominium in downtown Jersey City for over 15 years. Everyone there, especially Kathy, makes our lives easier. Whether she's addressing a major repair (burst pipe, broken elevator) or something more cosmetic (painting the lobby), Kathy is always professional and pleasant, and works tirelessly on our behalf. I recommend Atlantic Management without reservation.

Negative experience: the owner Larry is very rude and not helpful. nobody picks up the phone nor return phone call. I have had issues with the roof for the past 4 years and took them to court twice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. you don't want this management company managing any property whatsoever.

Negative experience: *** UPDATE: APRIL 26, 2013 *** The Reserve at Glen Ridge terminated the maintenance contract with Atlantic Management approximately 3 months ago and since termination,there has been a HUGE improvement in the condition of the building and the time it takes to resolve issues. Our new maintenance firm, Dovan management is fantastic! It is amazing how much the quality of life at the Reserve in Glen Ridge has improved since we BOOTED ATLANTIC MANAGEMENT! My bet is that we will also see the selling prices of our condos increase as a result of this change. GOOD RIDDANCE ATLANTIC MANAGEMENT!

Fantastic experience: Excellent company. They have done an incredible job turning around our condo association. They have managed to get fixed our roof and brickwork, that had been problems for years and prior managers could never get it done. I especially like their customer care. They always call back and make every effort to resolve all of the problems that come up. They are committed to making their customers satisfied and I appreciate their focus and ability to stay with an issue until it gets resolved. I own condos in two associations and use them exclusively for both. I also have an apartment house that they take care of, and I consider them experts in this area too. They have made my life easier

In recent months, our condo’s association was turned over, from the developer, and we had no idea what to do or how to go about doing the things that needed to be done. Fantastic experience: Kathy and Chris are both fantastic. Kathy found out what we needed over the phone and brought in the right person, its difficult dealing with the service guys but Kathy makes it simple. It seems to be her specialty she always knows exactly who to call and can explain the repairs to owners in English but speaking all that plumber and electrician jargon on the other line. Chris did a great job making the yard on our property look gorgeous again, he found the right landscapers at the best price. Whenever something goes wrong, he is the kind of person who can fix it or get it fixed. Atlantic has accomplished a massive job in a short time, with high quality, with great service and always on schedule. I highly recommend Atlantic if you need a management company.

Fantastic experience: I inherited a beautiful apartment in West New York, NJ with an amazing view of the NYC skyline about 3 years ago now, but I live in Chicago and so I needed someone to help me manage it. Besides living far away I don't have much knowledge on rentals, tenants or anything related to property management. I decided to use the building’s management company since they had been so nice during the transition of the apartment to my name. I never have any problems with my tenants, Kathy and Lillian are always so nice and helpful and through email Kathy keeps me informed on the happenings of the building. Although I can’t attend the building association meetings I always get the minutes and they always have time to talk to me if I have any questions. I am honestly overjoyed with all that they do. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Atlantic Management. I was relocating to the Hoboken area into a new apartment I purchased. I called the management company to arrange my move into the building everything went very smoothly, they set up my intercom, got me a parking sticker and garage remotes and provided a great welcome package with all the information I needed. I love the building and every time I call Atlantic everyone is very helpful and any problems are usually taken care of the same day. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nicer place to live!
