Given that our move was rushed, the house was not in showable condition as far as clutter, and she was patient as we worked through our preparations. I know it won't happen with every house, but we received multiple offers after the first weekend where we had two open houses. I also appreciate that throughout the process, Ashley's first priority was our cat and ensuring she was always accounted for and watched over during showings and didn't slip out a door.
