The things that made me most comfortable and confident working with Neena were the depth and breadth of her knowledge of houses and the towns they're in, how personable she is, how much she cares about not only the client's needs but also thinks about communities and how they're built. She's also extremely professional and has a a to-the-point way of talking which is VERY much appreciated. If I had more time I would enjoy simply walking through houses with Neena to hear her talk about its strengths and weaknesses as well as how/why they're a good fit for me and my family. She knows so much about the potential of a house and ways things can be fixed up or when it makes more sense to just work with what you have. Having Neena on my side representing me felt like I had an ace-in-the-hole who could get me exactly what I wanted both in terms of finding a house that's a good fit and to have a negotiator who knows how to respond to the other buyer or seller. Even though I plan on not needing a realtor for a very very long time, I'm happy to have Neena's info in my contacts in case anything house related comes up and I need some help. I swear her brain must work like a massive spreadsheet in her head keeping track of everything to make those connections when needed. She's always refining her list by asking clients their experience with different people so she's only giving the best recommendations. Neena clearly loves what she does, which translates into her being incredibly good at it. I also never ever felt pressured in any way. The entire experience made me feel both comfortable and secure. This meant so much because real estate is an incredibly intimidating thing that I don't know much about, so feeling relatively at ease was invaluable. If you're buying or selling a home you should work with Neena!

She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She gave us sound advice which we followed from a pre-inspection of our home which gave us insight into what major things could be brought up at the inspection. She also recommended that we hire a person to stage our home (someone she recommended). We were able to repair/take of any big ticket inspection items and stage our home so that it was shown in the best possible way. She was able to answer any and all questions that I had during the entire process. Her knowledge was immense and her list of contractors that she could refer me to made the process so much easier. Once we put the house on the market, she made it so seamless and easy. Was always there to help and guide us. If there were any problems, all her advice was sound and she helped us through it without much stress. I truly believe that we got the price we wanted because of all her help and advice. I absolutely would recommend her to anyone who is interested in selling their home. She also helped my son find an apartment to rent in Northern New Jersey - they said she was extremely helpful.
