Negative experience: I don’t recommend ! Be careful if you want to hand over your house for sale. Unprofessional experience with Broker Christian Cobo and agent Angela Fritz at BHGRE Elite. After providing formal written notice to terminate representation and remove my home from GSMLS per our agreed timeline, the brokerage refused to pull the listing. Instead, they attempted to force a conditional release extending through December, actively interfering with my mortgage refinancing. Be extremely cautious when signing documents with this office. My case is currently at the state licensing board for investigation on this real estate brokerage.

Fantastic experience: Working with Christian and his team was such a great experience. They are so kind and knowledgeable. I recently purchased my first home, and I felt supported throughout the entire process. They were incredibly responsive. No matter what time I reached out or how many questions I had, they always got back to me with clear answers. You can tell they know this business inside and out. Negative experience: The real estate agents at this company are NOT PROFESSIONAL. I made an appointment to view an apartment in Garfield, NJ, and an agent named Juanita Martin DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! WHAT A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I can't imagine going through the process of renting or buying a house with agents like this IRRESPONSIBLE WOMAN, JUANITA MARTIN!

I’m incredibly pleased with their service they go above and beyond. I experienced both ends of the process one for my home sale and also our new home purchase. Home buying or selling process can be daunting, but their entire team was fantastic every step of the way including his assistant Fatima Cunha. From finding potential properties or potential buyers to helping me negotiate an ideal contract, they were always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. They also profoundly understood the housing market in our area, which allowed us to get an incredible deal that exceeded our expectations for selling and buying. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and kind throughout my home selling and buying process. Negative experience: I’m writing to express my experience with a realtor from Better Homes Realty in Cranford NJ. Angela Fritz is the realtor and she is very unprofessional. We expressed to the listing agent that anytime after 5 will not be a good time to show the house do to the fact that we have small children, in which one is asthmatic and with the pandemic we would prefer no showings after 5pm. Ms Fritz arrived at our residence at 5:30pm with a client and I proceeded to inform her that there will not be any showing after 5. Angela Fritz proceeded to tell me that showings are until 6, I explain to her no showing after 5. Ms. Fritz got upset and told me no until 6. Then when I asked her to leave she refused and the walked on the porch and stood in front of my door. From that point on she gave nothing but attitude. When my wife came out Ms. Fritz still gave attitude, my wife called the listing agent and explained what was happening, the agent informed my wife that he only approved 2 realtors for the day and she was the 3rd. The whole interaction was recorded by my ring doorbell. Angela Fritz is no longer aloud to show this listing; and I will report her to the office she works for and any other offices affiliated. Thank you
