Positive experience: Finding your perfect home in the current market is not easy, but we were fortunate to have Indu as our realtor. With her vast network of contacts with builders, she was able to get us our dream house even before it was listed on the market. Due to her extensive knowledge of the local market, both from a buyer's and seller's perspective, she will make sure you get the house you want without overpaying. We really appreciated her patience, responsiveness, and availability throughout the entire buying process. Edit : unfortunately have to take off 2 stars because of the lack of support after the sale. The builder was unresponsive in finishing up the remaining issues and would liked to have some help from Premium One realty since they are dual agents and have close relationships with the builders.

Negative experience: My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and misleading. I worked directly with Daniele, and I was given information that later turned out to be inaccurate, which affected my decisions and cost me time and money. Communication was inconsistent, and when I raised concerns, they were not addressed clearly. I expected transparency and professionalism, but that was not my experience. Fantastic experience: I started my photo booth business back in 2016, and during my first year I was using those cheap, flimsy backdrop frames that took forever to put together and never looked quite right. Negative experience: If you’re considering PremiumOne Realty, I urge you to think twice—especially if you have the misfortune of dealing with Danielle Genovese. My experience with her was nothing short of infuriating. From the outset, Danielle came across as a textbook snake oil saleswoman, aggressively pushing new construction homes while refusing to provide any meaningful details about build quality or even the names of the builders involved. In multiple conversations, her approach was consistently cunning and fees-focused. She insisted—almost obsessively—that we could only purchase these new builds if we used one of PremiumOne’s own buyers’ agents, claiming these builders “can’t sell through someone else” because she “found them the plot.” This high-pressure tactic is not only off-putting but raises serious questions about transparency and ethics. Let’s be clear: the real estate market is on shaky ground, and the last thing buyers need are agents like Danielle, who seem more interested in steering clients into commission-heavy deals than in providing honest guidance. Her insistence on controlling the transaction and her refusal to answer basic questions about the homes’ quality or builder reputations is a massive red flag. Based on my experience, Danielle Genovese is exactly the type of agent who preys on first-time buyers—using charm and pressure to close deals while keeping clients in the dark. This isn’t my first home purchase, and I can confidently say she is the worst agent I have ever encountered. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable agent who values transparency and your best interests. In a market this uncertain, you need someone you can trust—not someone who’s only out for their next commission

Negative experience: Completely disappointed. The unit that was posted wasn’t available to rent, then push me to get another one in the same building. Long story short, I’m living next to addicts who fight everyday. I’m unable to go in or out of my own apartment without the fear of these people doing anything to me and the place I should call home is actually the place where I get no peace and I only have a little less than 2 weeks living here. Not what I signed for.

Fantastic experience: We recently purchased a property through Indu Bansal. We are very pleased with her service. She listened to all our requirements, based on which she would send us property listings. She also accompanied us to some of the properties. What I valued about her service were: 1) Patience - because one thing we did not want was rush to buy a property, we were ready to move the search to another year also had we not found our home. So she was patient in our search no matter how long it took or how many properties we rejected. 2) Availability - she was always available via text or call or email for all our questions. 3) Right price knowledge - for eg, one another property which we put an offer on was outbid and when we were thinking of raising our price, she said no, this property is not worth more than what we put in. 4) After sale availability and service - She also helped us with our questions after the sale which was no necessary related to existing property but renovations and pricing. She was very helpful and guided us all the way and even after the sale. Even today if we call/message her with questions, she is there for us. I would definitely recommend her.

Negative experience: This agency is benefiting themselves at the expense of their clients. I asked the agent to see a property, to which they flat out replied that I need to have a buyers agent with whom they have a relationship with, otherwise it doesn’t benefit them. I also provided requested proof of funds. What that means is that a client (property seller) is potentially losing offers from buyers that the agent simply chooses not to show the property. But this agency doesn’t care, because they would rather only show to agents that will send them future business - which does not help (and in fact hurts) the seller of a specific property. Stay away!

Fantastic experience: Steven from Premier One is the best hands down. If you live in NYC or plan moving here please contact Steven Simha. The whole process was smooth and quick. We viewed the apartment on Tuesday and by Saturday we signed the lease. The application and approval was quick. They DO NOT DISCRIMINATE. I am a woman of color my entire family is. We are also immigrants. We are also not rich just regular people. We aren’t too familiar with the real estate process in America or NYC. I felt seen throughout this entire process. They understand the struggles New Yorkers have renting and they are patient with you. They don’t drop you and move on the the next person who can afford to move on at a drops notice. We were not ignored. If there were problems with our documents Steven told us what to do. He responds quickly and doesn’t ghost you like the other realtors. When we have to purchase our house I’m coming right back here. The entire lease was explained to us. No shady business. No hidden fees. There were no surprises. The application fee is $20 which is general practice. Once your application is approved you have to pay your security deposit, then you are given the lease to sign and after you sign the lease have to pay your first months rent before they give you the keys. What I love about this realty is that they have options for all people. If you can’t pay the security deposit in full you have the option of paying it in monthly installments of $10 or more. Yes they use Zelle but don’t let that create any doubts, they are a legit business. Also NO BROKER FEE that is if you are in NYC. The apartment Steven found us was a deal. Three bedrooms, ALL utilities included for $2500 in a prime spot. I highly recommend PremiumOne Realty and Steven Simha.
