Fantastic experience: Mike is the man! Thoroughly enjoyed having him on my side representing me as the buyer. He handled all negotiations and was able to secure the house under asking price. Not only that but he ensured all inspection items were taken care of by the seller and even paid for the inspector to come back out and verify the fixes. The day of closing we did one last walk through and identified a few more items that required maintenance, to which Mike was able to get the seller’s contractor back out the next day to resolve.
