Negative experience: Terrible follow through when working with other agents. Very disappointing to send our agent on showing for us after she had spoken to you and you never advised that there was an accepted contract on a home. Common courtesy would have been to advise. Not very professional.

Other agents I talked with thought my house would be a tough sell since I was located out in the country and suggested a much lower listing price but Joe and his team knew exactly the right price (and much higher than the other agents I contacted) Listing my home with Lincoln Way Realty really paid off – my listing looked amazing and I had 3 showings the first day and an offer within 48 hours! Listing with them also saved me over 10K in commissions and Joe and his team made the process incredibly easy. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better realtor.

When I listed my house in Beecher, IL with Joe it was my first time selling a home and I didn't know where to start and had many questions. He and his team were so patient with me, they were very quick to respond to all of my questions and assist at every turn.
