Negative experience: This is a very similar experience we had , Started last year 2023, my friends husband knew her ex boyfriend so we decided that when he sold his and his ex wife’s house that she would be the seller ? She procrastinated for months, didn’t communicate like a real estate agent should ,she also became part of a (mortage fraud ) investigation she involved herself into drama with Oxford , also talking behind their backs to my friends husbands ex wife, she said she would do work on house but did nothing , we had to take a week off work to dr He 3 states over to come paint house and take down pool and clean up cause she said she was busy and she wasn’t doing it .she also told my friends husband 2.5 percent , he had to send a renters law rcw to them and Oxford to get her to step on the petal. On the divorce decree, it stated that he got all the proceeds of the sell of one of their properties. She kept the other property . when closing time came . Misty took 3.5, after discussing it with the ex wife that wasn’t supposed to get any of the proceeds so of course agreed without telling my husband, when he called her to ask what the extra 8,000$ was for that she got , she stated that after wards the new owners wanted a wall up. Also in the divorce decree it states that any renovations needed to be approved by him and we didn’t hear anything about it until after and doesn’t even know if that’s true . We were given NO invoices for the supposed work done and we did the work right before house went up on market. Then there were also Another 585$ supposedly for list cost which normally would be in the same category as the percentage she got back.we are not happy at all at the way this was handled and will be going elsewhere to purchase our next home

Negative experience: Terrible communication, told us her percentage was 2.5 and she charged 3.5 after whole thing was done and she did NO work on the house . We had to do it all . We are buying a new house and will definitely not choose her. Very unprofessional the whole process was very unsettling

Fantastic experience: I would give her 10 stars if I could. I have bought and sold several homes over the years and never had this kind of service from anyone else. She is amazing, hard-working, the best at getting top dollar for my home! She was always available if I had a question or concern. Misty is totally professional and on top of everything! I can't think of one negative comment that I could add. She went way above and beyond for me--and for everyone else that I've spoken to who used her as their agent.

Fantastic experience: When I met Misty, we weren’t the best of friends! But she stuck with me on my journey of owning a home for 5 years, maybe more? Losing my job twice during Covid kinda messed things up. But she stuck with me and never gave up. So after this long, she basically knew exactly what me and my family needed. She had been with me through a divorce and single mom hood and kept encouraging me that it was possible for me to finally have stability for myself and my family. I FINALLY had my ducks in a row and with the help of Misty…we found a place! It was an off market deal and exactly what we had been waiting for and at the perfect timing bc we were having to move out of our rental we’d been in for 5 years. Misty also fought hard to help me buy the house I was in but after discovering how much work it needed and how unsafe it was, she advised me not to buy it because there was no way I could afford to make it safe for myself and the kids (after an appraisal, she was definitely correct.) …and then she found us our new home. It was an off market deal and we had to find a temporary home for 6 weeks last minute bc the owners wanted to let their kids finish school before moving out of state. I completely understood this having kids of my own as well. We made great friends with the people who took my entire family in during that time and Misty personally helped us out with storage like in a huge way! And even came and helped us unpack later! She was representing the buyers as well so there were several things I had to cave on in order to appease them as well but I understood that’s kinda part of the deal and hoped they understood as well. They left us a boat for the lake and a swing set and a desk among other things bc I asked Misty to pass the message along to leave anything they didn’t want and since I was their “landlord” at that time, I wouldn’t charge them for any junk removal. They also didn’t have to pay me rent. Which I agreed to bc I understood she was trying to help both sides. I want the old owners to know that my family and I appreciate everything y’all left behind and we’ve already made so many memories with our family. And thank y’all for allowing me to finally have a home of my own and working through this with me and not giving up. It truly means a lot to me and my family. I know this was a tough deal on both sides, but I feel Misty was very fair and kept her cool amidst a damn near impossible deal. Both parties had minor inconveniences, yes, but this was my first time buying a home and I think their first time selling one and with all things considered, Misty did a fantastic job. She even gifted me new custom felt for our pool table bc we had to take it apart to move it…long story! And not sure if it was her or the previous owners who left it so clean for us to move into, but I really appreciate that as well! I’m pretty happy and thankful I finally have a home and I couldn’t have done this without Misty. Thank you for sticking with me Misty, I’ll be forever grateful. I suppose I can call you a friend now! :)

I bought at the height of the market and we looked at SO MANY HOUSES. She was so patient with me and walked me through the entire process and multiple homes with such grace. When I was just about to give up, she brought me to the most perfect off-market house. No bidding war, no additional deposit. We offered and were mutual next day. I bought my house almost a year ago and she has done so much in such a short time.
