Fantastic experience: Selling a house can be daunting. But Joe made it seamless from the beginning. Joe was available to answer questions throughout the process. We put our house on the market at noon on a Thursday and all offers were due on Monday at noon. We loved not having an open house. An app alerted us to showings, 1/2 hour increments. We had about 60 showings and we got 14 offers. Joe had a very detailed spread sheet with all the offers listed. He gave his opinion on which offers he thought were the most optimal. Fantastic experience: Gotta Go With Joe My wife and I have (had) been residents of Greenbriar for 11 years. We love the neighborhood. When we decided to sell our home and move to a warmer part of the country, we did some research in the selection process for a realtor. We had seen the Gotta Go with Joe signs throughout the neighborhood and saw on the facebook page his contribution to the neighborhood and decided to give Joe a call. We met with Joe Dettor and after a short time decided he would be the best person to represent us in selling our home. Joe did a great job in leading us through the process and in preparing our home for presentation. We met with his team to prepare the house; his photographer did an incredible job with the pictures and the virtual walk through, and we followed Bee Staged staging recommendations. Joe actually loaned us some staging materials to enhance the presentation for the photos and the open house. Everything was ready and the house was posted. Within five days of going live we received an offer that we liked. We signed all the papers at the house at the pre-closing and headed south. Final closing for the sale occurred by months end and things could have not gone more smoothly. That was all great, but there is more to why going with Joe was the right way to go.
