Fantastic experience: My name is Clem Munno and I am using my wife's account to share my glowing review of the Piano Group. 2 years ago we began our journey to sell our 2 M + home in Ashburn, VA. First we decided to work with a large realtor, one who advertised on the radio all the time. Turns out we were just another client to them and our effort was unsuccessful after 6 months. We took a short break and decided the next time around to use someone we knew for a long time. While they did many things right, we struggled to sell our home over the next year. Finally, we were familiar with Viktorija as she does a lot of work in our neighborhood. I was nervous because she had a reputation of being extremely honest about home improvements that would be required to sell our house. We had hoped not to have to make major changes, we did not think we had to, but soon after Viktorija walked in our house, she was able to show us that in fact we did have many parts of our home that were dated and like it or not we decided to make all the changes Viktorija recommended. She has amazing relationships, contractors, movers, stagers, they all work together and they work fast. It only took two weeks to make some major renovations and get our house staged and on the market. Viktorija spared no effort in staging and decorating our home. Finally, after 2 years of trying everything we knew how, Viktorija came in and sold our house in 16 days, and we made all the money we invested back with the sale of our house. I do want to say, that Viktorija could not have done this alone, she has an amazing company and a dedicated Team that works to ensure that every step in the process runs smoothly. All while this was going on, they were showing us new homes in the communities we wanted to live in, and just in time we found the perfect home. Viktorija and Team coordinated the closing of both deals so that we could move directly into the new home and not into storage, and major win for us. Call Viktorija, don't be afraid of her recommendations, she knows the market, she knows what people are looking for, and she always sells her customer's homes.

Fantastic experience: Working with the Piano Group was very easy and stress free. Viktorjia brings a team to her business so you’re covered from every angle. They did a fantastic job from beginning to end with their customer experience. There was only one area of improvement I’d give which is when one of the team members mentioned (paraphrasing) that she was my one stop shop for all questions, there were a few times where that wasn’t the case. Simple thing but I’d just recommend to be more specific in the role to avoid having to go to two or more people for an answer. But that’s nothing. Otherwise, great team, easy to work with, fast, and really puts the buyers best interest first. Be prepared to be operate quickly. (I live in the space so it works for me but some need to get ready). FWIF, speed, naturally, is part of the strategy. Good luck!
