Our situation was anything but typical, but Chris never flinched and handled everything in stride. We were out of the country when the house was listed, and he made sure that everything was ready to go. And he sold our house for much more than the list price. Chris is the go-to person to sell your home! He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he is also personable and a pleasure to work with. He even checked in on us after we moved to make sure everything was going okay. I’m recommending Chris to all of my friends, family and anyone that tells me they are selling their home!

Fantastic experience: Chris is a great communicator and step us through all aspect's of the sale of our house. The house sold to the first couple for asking price. He was very helpful in assisting us with a house painter and staging the house for the sale. Chris was also very attentive by reaching out to us every week and was also available when we called him. On our second day of showings we found the perfect house and less than 2 days after that we were under contract.
