Fantastic experience: It is difficult to express how amazing Chris was during the process of selling my house. I was very anxious that I wouldn't be able to get a good price for my house or that it would take a long time. Chris did his research and set a price for my house that was competitive and honestly higher than I thought I'd be able to get. Chris immediately got to work and began marketing my house and I was blown away by Chris's dedication to finding the right buyer. Chris went above and beyond throughout the entire process and in the end it only took about 6 weeks to sell my house for very close to asking. I definitely got more than I expected I would and sold for quicker than I hoped for. Chris is amazing and I have already and will continue recommending Chris to everyone that needs a realtor.

Fantastic experience: The sale of our home by Michele Gladding was a challenging circumstance for all of us. The home was in a superior local development, well cared for, with timely upgrades to maintain its value. The main difficulty was the per square foot pricing compared to the other "discounted" offerings of similiar size. In the end, we worked with Michele to sell the added benefits and justify the price. She was always professional, offered wisdom in guidance, and fair in assessing opportunities.

Fantastic experience: Maria helped me a lot with the buying process from finding other condos in the area, reviewing equivalent houses and condos on the market, as well as coordinating all the helpers needed to make the buying process smoother. When the original loan fell through she was able to find a lender who specialized in condos. She got me in touch with an inspector and handyman to check out the home and spot potential issues. She even contacted a real estate attorney when my dad was confused on the buying process. The only thing she didn't do was sign the closing documents, which would habe been nice because there were wayyy too many. Thank you Maria

Negative experience: I was recently involved in a contract offer with the property at 504 S. Oxalis Orlando FL 32807. I attended the open house and had the opportunity to speak to one of your agents Liliana Teran. Unfortunately, everything we discussed was just a big ruse to fleece a potential buyer out of as much money as possible. I would like to inform you of how your agent failed to do her due diligence and is representing a seller whose sole focus is to manipulate and defraud a potential buyer. 1, During the open house in mid-April, the AC wasn't on which wasn't surprising given the cool weather. However, while under contract, I drove by the house multiple times and observed the doors and windows open. Fast forward to my inspection two weeks later, the AC wasn't working and all parties claimed that the AC compressor "just broke." I have to give your agent and seller the benefit of the doubt, however, there are too many coincidences and my subsequent inspection report that clearly points to both parties knowing the AC wasn't working for some time. 2. Attached to this email is an inspection provided by your agent that has signatures of 2 individuals who are not currently licensed. I question the validity, accuracy, and relevance of this inspection and directly blame your agent for not doing her due diligence in passing this inspection report as a representative of this seller. Had a valid inspection report been provided, I would have walked away from this deal since my inspection report, price of home, and gut instinct was telling me this deal wasn't in my best financial interest. However, your agent, the seller, and other parties mentioned in this email were engaged in unethical and possibly illegal business practices related to this listing. The purpose of this email is to inform you of your agents actions and request reimbursement of my inspection costs related to this listing. There are also issues of lost time and equity of a home purchase and having to start back at square one, wasted time and effort that my real estate agent will not be compensated for, and the erosion of trust in Century 21 due to your agent Liliana Teran. I look forward to hearing from a Century 21 representative regarding this matter. At this time, I will make sure to accurately reflect this experience in multiple reviews on social media websites that represent your company and agent Liliana Teran.

Fantastic experience: Michele is a true "go getter" and won't stop. She was referred to me and I thank God that he placed her in my life. She treats your home as if it were hers and will do everything in her power to make a deal happen. She is professional with an excellent skill set of being able to deal with everyone during a stressful time in their life. She does what she says and then some! Truly a great person and wants the best for her clients. If you want a great Orlando agent; she should be your first contact if you are looking to buy or sell your home. Fantastic experience: Michele Gladding is an exception agent and I'm so glad we worked with her. She guided us through pricing that made sense to us and then gave us specific instructions that would help our house well quickly (how to de-clutter, which furniture to move ect.). We had 12 showings in two days and three full price offers. She was super responsive to calls and texts when we had quickly and helped the process go so smooth. She even drove me and my son to the airport. Michele is super passionate about the work she does and goes the extra mile for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone.

Negative experience: Alla created the worst possible experience anyone could ever ask for. She was so unprofessional and rude. We had an appointment at 11, she wasn’t there.. I called her twice in a 20 minute time span with no answer. She finally called me and said she forgot about our appointment and will be there soon. Finally shows up and she looked like she just rolled out of bed and had been up all night doing who knows what. The whole tour was awful. I asked reasonable questions and she acted like I was inconveniencing her and was a bother. The home was beautiful and I would have loved to have it but I couldn’t bare the thought of working with this lady.

Fantastic experience: Thursday was a VERY special and emotional day for myself and my family. We were renting from a slumlord who refused to fix mold and a leaking roof issue and when it was brought to code enforcement we were told the place shouldn't even exist. Long story short, said slumlord then started going through with an eviction, we thought we had a place to go but it was rented from under us, and the other plans we had as backup fell through making us homeless since October 31st, 2019 and which also made me lose my work from home job with Amazon. Since then we have been bouncing campground to campground tenting, the 3 of us and 2 dogs. The occasional hotel stay until we could get another camp site. I spoke to multiple realtors and lenders who all said it wasn't going to be possible for us to get a home... Then I met Ketan Patel with Century 21, he had my back and Essentially said where there was a will there was a way and he fought along side me pushing me through when I was ready to give up. We also went through multiple lenders who said it could not be done until he refered me to Mihir Patel with Nexa Mortgage who has just as much fight in him as we did. All of us teamed up and with countless hours of emailing, phone calls, paperwork, fixing potential issues with credit etc, these two made this dream come to a reality!!!! There are absolutely no words that can describe how truly blessed and thankfully we were to have these two teaming up with us. If ANYBODY is looking to buy, sell, rent, refinance ANYTHING. I seriously highly recommend Ketal Patel from Century 21 Orlando, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts! Negative experience: HORRIBlE!! DO Not use this Place or its Agents. My Family and i had a horrible experience . Carmen Urias took our money from a buy she was not even a part of. LIED lie after lie to us about stuff during the process of the sale of the house. They are now doing unethical things as sending their other real estate agent friend Kieth Finnnerty. From Venture properties to do things for her. Called to Speak to broker David and sales manager Dana all have each other back just to get a dollar from the buy.. My house went days in to market because of how HorriBle their services are. I know my buyers had a problem with lies too. So i recommend if she lies and tells you someone came to see the property question it? She lied and told us that Kieth came by at 9 but could not get in the lock box . which was a lie a watched and waited for someone to come plus i have kieth message where he states he could not make it . I had to leave my house two separate times and no one showed. She would not help us with the commission she got for doing nothing and would not agree to a cut to help us out to not default on our new build...I tried to call and come to an agreement so i would not have to report her and their brokerage for all this has caused to our family..
