She managed listing our existing property while simultaneously taking us on tours for our new purchase. On top of coordinating concurrent transactions, it was also a 1031 exchange. Fantastic experience: Angela was an absolute GODSEND! We were out of state and needed to sell the townhouse where our son and his family were living. With their move to a new house and a new baby expected in a month they did not have the time needed to participate in the process. There were things we wanted updated but did not have local contractors as resources. Angela was able to get contractor estimates, expedited repairs, assisted with HOA issues, and even staged and put the townhouse on the market about 4 weeks after our son and his family moved out. Her professionalism and efficiency resulted in a signed contract in four days and a closing within a month. During this time we met only once. Everything else was phone, email, and messaging. The quality of service she has provided me during this search for a rental has been outstanding. She has always been easy to reach and very responsive. Working with her definitely took a lot of the stress out of relocating to a new area and searching for a place to stay. I would highly recommend her whether you are in search for a rental or purchasing a home. Update April 2023: After 2 years of being in the DMV, Angela has now helped us through the home buying process. The level of detail and commitment that she displays when helping you through the searching and purchasing process is second to none. I do not regret having her as our agent!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Angela enough! We went through several realtors but weren't comfortable until we began working with Angela. Angela did more than just establish numbers / location and and She was flexible and willing to accommodate requests that were more than just seeing a house.
