Fantastic experience: Just sold my house with Maria Caputo. Her attitude and service was exemplary. Through every step of the way she was superlative. I really can’t say more good things about her. Dealing with this was a difficult situation especially living over 100 miles away, but Maria made it easy. She was so amazing to the point that she’s coming to my wedding. If you need to sell a house, get yourself Maria.

Negative experience: Never addressed my need, never called me back and my realtor never responded to my phone calls. Very unprofessional!!!

Negative experience: I wanted something notarized by them and they sent me upstairs. I climbed a flight of steps only for the guy upstairs to tell me they don't notarize.

Negative experience: The WORST experience with Marietta Vinocur, she is nasty, dishonest and unprofessional. She showed up 20 minutes late to an appointment (after multiple calls) and said she forgot. Then shows me the apartment and it is completely different pictures than the listing showed. Never told me anything was different when we originally made the appointment. She was rude from the moment she came and then said I wasted her time. Complete joke. She should not be in this business - I can’t stress enough to avoid her. I’m sure this company has other great brokers but would be nervous to ever try someone associated with this company because of her

Negative experience: They asking for 2 months broker fee in this real estate. That is unbelievable

Negative experience: Joseph Santanastaso lies after he gets the listing. He doesn’t do what he promises and doesn’t answer or return phone calls. Go with anyone else. Don’t trust him.

Fantastic experience: Anthony M. is a great realtor. Knowledgeable and got the house sold quick. Recommended.

Negative experience: Lou guide is. As shady as shady cones I did a real estate deal with him he referred to Strazzullo law firm and I haven’t received a dollar from sale but this trash Lou got his commission shady and a con! I am filing a law suit against him

Fantastic experience: Lisa Healy was absolutely exceptional in helping me find my first apartment with my fiancé. She was mindful of my budget and of my time. Best of all, she was prompt with her process and not a moment ever felt stressful during the entire process. I really can’t refer her enough! She’s the best!

Positive experience: Lisa Healy is a dynamo. She sent me pics of an apartment, arranged a viewing, negotiated a fair monthly rent and sealed the deal all virtual and all within 5 days.

Negative experience: Will absolutely never give this company my business as their preferred method of advertising borderlines harassment in my opinion. In the barely one year that I have owned my home I have received at least 15 notices to sell my home delivered directly to my doorknob. I believe if I was interested the first 15 notices would suffice! Coming to my doorstep at least once a month feels violating and if I continue to receive them I will be going to the BBB.

Negative experience: I went to fill out application at the front desk she said someone will speak to me directly after completion it turns out she proceeds to tell me they will give me a call. I am disappointed, I felt as If I applied for a job and they reject my application upfront. I guess I will go to a real estate of my ethnicity.

I walked in, informed her of what I was looking for, and on the spot she did research on her inventory that met my needs. Negative experience: NEVER WROTE A REVIEW EVER,,FIRST IN MY LIFE..,,.i feel compelled to write about my agents at ben bay. they manipulated me and did nothing for me, all they did was for themselves.  Lillian garrimaro was a nightmare for me as a seller,, with her partner Charles fabella, they  treated me terribly, all negative things said to me. I gave them all they wanted. They broke my door stop on my entrance,, she told ME ,,whats the difference,,.just to give you an idea...   what ever you do,, there are better people in the world,,she is transparent,,  and her partner is a sneak,, only heard from Charles fabella when he needed to lie to me about contract,,,I wouldn't have them sell my DOG HOUSE...NOTHING BUT REGRETS... lies ,lies lies...  terrible..  stay away...

Negative experience: A representative of the company sent me a text message asking if I am still looking for an apartment. He said he goes by the name Johnathan. When I inquired about how he got my phone number he got very unprofessional, defensive and rude. I will be reporting your company for unethical business practices and harassment. You should be more selective of your representatives. I am completely appalled by this incident.

Negative experience: They'll waste your time, avoid this place.

Negative experience: This is by far the most unprofessional realty that I have dealt with. On 2/25, one rep returned my call and scoffed that I was replying to a $1200 1Br 1Ba that they listed on Zillow. The representative said they don't handle listings below 1500. I double checked Zillow and their post was there!!! 5 minutes after I hung up the phone with that rep he called back saying there actually was a post and that to call him back. SERIOUSLY? After you SCOFF at me? Oh I'm sorry I can't afford a ONE BEDROOM apartment for $1500.
