Joann Impellizine - Your Neighborhood Realtor

Fantastic experience: Joanne was the ultimate professional through the process of selling my Mom’s home. I listed with her when my Mom could no longer live alone and through the process my Mom passed away. Joann was so caring throughout this difficult time she often felt like a friend, not a realtor. Unfortunately, the sale was not easy, to say the least, but Joann handled that burden like the pro she is. She kept me informed, but shielded me from the nonsense. She knows what she is doing and she will be your ultimate advocate. I could not recommend her more.

Fantastic experience: She was absolutely awesome and great to work with as a notary, someone I’m very happy I found. As anybody living in Staten Island would know, it can be very hard to find a reliable notary here, so I searched on Google and came across her great reviews. I decided to call her, and she was extremely helpful right away. Even though it was a weekend, she went out of her way to assist me. We agreed on a mutual location, and she was very punctual she showed up right on time. She completed my notary professionally and efficiently, and beyond her skills, she has a beautiful personality, and you can genuinely see in her personality that she loves helping people.

Fantastic experience: I've had the opportunity to see firsthand how much time, care, and dedication Joann puts into every client she works with. Real estate isn't just a job for her, it’s something she genuinely cares about, and it shows in everything she does. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the Staten Island real estate market, communicates every step of the way, and always puts her clients' best interests first. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a longtime family property, or relocating, she takes the time to explain the process and make sure they feel comfortable and informed. One thing that stands out most is how available and responsive she is. She works tirelessly behind the scenes, pays attention to every detail, and treats every transaction as if it were her own. If you're looking for a trusted Staten Island Realtor who is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and truly committed to her clients, I highly recommend Joann Impellizine.
