Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this community!! Nice neighbors and very convenient to stores!! The management is great as well!!

Positive experience: Just a bunch of old Karen's and drug addicts live here. I have to just stay inside bc a lot of them want to start drama out of thin air. There are some nice neighbors but they stay away from the drama too. It is also noisy but the management is actually really nice. The apartments are spacious and nice and maintenance is quick to fix any problems.

Fantastic experience: I love Cambridge Villa have been there for a few years my apartment the bathroom my neighbors we are like a family I feel if I needed anything they would be there for me it is a wonderful place to live and feel safe

Negative experience: People at the office are very rude and disrespectful.

Negative experience: Good afternoon, I am very disappointed and cannot believe the experience that I am having as a real estate agent we work hard for our commission and we are experiencing APARTMENT communities who chooses not to pay our commission and give us the runaround CAPSTONE is one of them I dealt with your senior community And have contact the manager several emails asking for our commission pay we’re getting one excuse after another we also asked for the regional she won’t return a call, we told we cannot get paid because of freeze that happened back in February that is not our problem we worked and we earned our commission we gave The APARTMENT community our client to be paid, now we get totally ignored where we have to pursue legal matters to get paid for our commission I feel this is very sad and upsetting because we don’t have a guaranteed paycheck we’re on commission but you do have a salary that you get paid it seems like I reach out to Management regional and no one wants to fix this problem also they knew they didn’t have the money to pay us as locators why were you advertising you will pay and we also ask to confirm their commission pay and they said yes but they knew going back to February they didn’t have no funds to pay us but you will take our client you’re still advertising your Paying locators 50% false advertisement it’s very upsetting because we work out in the community once again and this is our living I’m posting this because it’s a sad sad thing for management company to do but one thing for sure we will pursue to get our money also we won’t be dealing with CAPSTONE because of the experience that we are experiencing and it’s uncalled for oh by the way we got to the point where we couldn’t even get an email back through because they didn’t want to hear from us anymore if someone sees this and they can reach out and assist us we would greatly appreciate it, so we can get paid our commission, otherwise it can go for illegal matter once again they need to take down that they’re paying 50% and I did address the manager about that you’re lying to us you’re not gonna pay us anything cause you don’t have any money to pay us from our understanding as you quoted, the community Cambridge Villa, and I will inform others what I went through and I will be on Google as well because this has to stop this is not fair to us that’s out here working hard for our money to feed our families and pay our bills. Fantastic experience: I am 74, have lived here 7 years and have never seen a rat or any other kind of unsanitary infestation. The maintenance crew is very responsive and addresses every problem quickly. There is emphasis on community activities, such as coffee and donuts, games, dinners, Bible study and an ample food pantry, onsite plus additional free food boxes distributed monthly. A wonderful hairdresser and mani/pedi operator offers her services for very low prices. There is also a workout room, library, computer access and exercise classes [3 x per week]. Whoever said this place is not suitable for seniors was sadly mistaken.

Negative experience: This place is infested with rats. It's getting old and nasty. There are piles of garbage around and on top of the garbage dumpsters . Bad and negligent management. This place not suitable for seniors.

Fantastic experience: Super cute Cottage style apartment homes for Seniors! Kind and friendly office staff that are eager to assist! Great maintenance!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service! Please do not let your elderly loved ones live here. Seriously. Management can be either really nice or really horrible, just depends who you get when you go in and their mood.The unfortunate part, is that they wouldn’t want someone speaking to their loved ones in that manner.

Fantastic experience: I had lived in Cambridge Village three times and I'm thinking about moving back it just always felt like home to me I think the I've enjoyed every time I stay there I love the patio and the people are always very nice just thought I'd let you have my opinion out there I hope you enjoy your stay there have a nice evening when I moved from there I moved to another town is the only reason I moved but I don't like the otherplaceso I'll probably see if I can get apartment back there. Fantastic experience: This was my first time touring this property as an apartment locator and the leasing agent, Linda, was super helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. She definitely makes the experience amazing and gleeful. I look forward to working with her again.

Negative experience: Don't move here, their office employees are less than helpful and rude. The Manager has yet to come out of the office for the past several visits insipte of asking to speak with her.

Negative experience: We have been looking for a new place for my mother-in-law. I've called the office to ask questions and no one answered nor returned my call. We drove by over the weekend and just looking at the outside, it didn't look very nice, almost junky. I think it'll be a pass for us.

Fantastic experience: My friend is very happy she has moved to Cambridge Villas I cant move just yet

Negative experience: The senior citizens who reside here were left without power, water or assistance for FIVE DAYS during historic cold and freezing weather. ***Property Management CAPSTONE showed up many days later only to issue trespassing charges to local community members who contacted Texas state rep Celia Isreal who assisted in getting the power restored, and assembled and delivered food, water and supplies. Despicable.

Negative experience: My grandma has been living in these apartments for over 10 years BUT since the snow storm that came through Texas, she has been 2 whole weeks WITHOUT running water and it disappoints me how the Cambridge Villas still has not fixed this problem and that my grandmother has to do extra just to make sure she can bathe.

Negative experience: Day before move in got a call that I didn't qualify because I made $57,000 per year. No answer from individual who came up with figure after dozens of messages left for someone to help me. Day before move in date I noticed all parking was "handicapped only". Was told I could park on street, which had a "no parking" sign. When asked where I was supposed to park they told me to have my doctor issue a handicapped tag for my car. Seems like this would be fraudulent on my part and my doctor's participation. Management was totally incompetent and lied about anything I asked them. Had packed and arranged for movers for next day (Friday) and they called me Thursday to say I could not move in. This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time and this is just the tip of the iceberg of their shoddy and totally unprofessional ism. It was a nightmare dealing with management, at least this all came to light before moving into a real nightmare.

Positive experience: The units are ok. The management can be either really nice or really horrible, just depends who you get when you go in and their mood. The rent goes up substantially every year. Maintenance can be slow sometimes, but the maintenance crew is friendly. Water and sewage are included in the rent, w/d are outside on the patio (?) not optimal for seniors in my opinion.

Negative experience: Do not rent here! You should go check out Cove at Heatherwilde Park Senior Apartments. They take Section 8. The management team is awful they Treat The senior citizens very bad, they ignore your request until you have your advocate talk to them. I was told, if my mom needed someone to talk for, she needed to go live somewhere else because that property was for independent living residents only. I didn't know if you had someone advocating for you made you less independence. The MANAGER MELISSA IS AWFUL AND SHE RUBS OFF ON HER STAFF. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Negative experience: The management of this property need to come do some investigations. Senior citizens being Verbal abuse. Gym equipment broken, someone is going to get hurt. Signs for towing company is false Advertising. They don't even have a contract with them. Some one need to come and check records. They don't have maintenance, they contact all the work, so if you have an emergency you are SOL. Please don't believe these fake reviews. Trust me you will regret it. I feel so bad for those who don't have anyone to be their voice. God shine light on this and make them pay.

Negative experience: THESE APARTMENTS MANAGEMENT ARE HORRIBLE! They allow the senior citizens to live in flooded apartments without fixing anything in the apartment. They are rude and disrespectful to the senior citizens tenants and increase the rent on the senior citizen tenants...WHICH ARE ON FIXED INCOMES. Why would you increase the rent on people who DO NOT HAVE MUCH TO GIVE is besides me. The manager hangs up the phone in the face of the senior citizens without them being able to get in a word edge wise. They are taking advantage of the Seniors in that community so it is surely NOT all that it is cracked up to be AT ALL. My mother's apartment was flooded and they BARELY wanted to go over and dry up the water. ALL while leaving the floor COMPLETELY DAMAGED and no one ever came over to assess the damage, let alone replace the flooring. I DO NOT recommended they apartments PERIOD! THEY SUCK!

Fantastic experience: Cambridge village has been my home for 11 years! I am so thankful for the kind hearted office management and efficient Maintenance men. Just wanted to leave a review to say this is a great place to live and feel at home! Thanks for everything ladies!

Positive experience: I love that people/neighbors are so warm hearted and friendly. It is a very quiet complex, and Management is prompt to all maintenance request.

Negative experience: I moved into my apartment in 2008. I continued to work and when I retired had more time to socialize. There are so many lovely people who live here but find it hard to meet in the clubhouse due to rules and regulations imposed by activity director. Management is overwhelmed and brush people off by saying their busy. This would be the place to live if you want to isolate. It's hard for a people person like me to go back to Kindergarten at 84 years old.

Fantastic experience: I love them in April of 2016 I love the place everyone is friendly It Feels Like Home. Apartments are large I'm very well laid out I truly enjoyed my place here
