Fantastic experience: Wonderful! We Couldn't Ask for Better Jennifer is an excellent agent to work with. If you want her to be aggressive, she will be. If you want her to be more hands-off, she will do that, too. Because we were so picky (due to the strange needs of a very large family), we strongly preferred to do most of our own house shopping online and mostly contacted her for the tours. She did sometimes send possible fits, but she was the most patient real estate agent I've ever seen. Though she needs to make a living like all of us, in years of working with her, I never felt like she was pushing us into something. Most realtors seem desperate to make a sale, like animals after meat. Jennifer was not like that at all. During our tours, she would also notice issues and provide us warnings of what to look for or ask about. She cared more about ensuring we found the best thing for us than making the quickest sale. Last, she was able to help us navigate processes like blind auctions and timed auctions. If I needed to buy another house today, I would call her. If someone worked with Jennifer and came away with a bad impression of how she performs her job, I would think there was something wrong with the reviewer, not Jennifer.

The first time we were moving from SC to GA and we found the perfect place after many viewings. Jennifer was very patient and helpful as we did not know the area. The last transaction we were moving to NY and had issues come up that were beyond anyone's control, and Jennifer and her team worked diligently to sell our home after we had already moved. Negative experience: I would give a 0 star rating if it were available. If you're planning on renting, please avoid Mahota Real Estate Partners at all cost. Once your application fee is processed, your renting needs no longer matter, they don't answer your calls, your emails are answered days later, if at all. When they do respond, they always place the blame on the home owner. I've never had such a disgusting experience with a company trying to rent a home, and I've rented many homes over the years. Kitty, is terrible at her job, by the way. Do yourself a favor, find a reputable residential management company. Not long after the horrid situation with Mahota/Kitty, we found a beautiful rental home, without a hitch (2 days to be exact, whereas with mahota, it took over a week to get a yes or a no, and this was after many phone calls and emails).
