Positive experience: We loved our stay for the most part. Weather was bad which had nothing to do with accommodations. would come back again for sure. my only recommendation would be to post signs about parking and most of the sidewalks flood. A nice lady that lives at h8 gave us a heads up about the parking flooding

Positive experience: Older condos getting refurbished. Awkward access from the main street. No life guard at the pool. No sidewalk lights at night for this whole building (M). Convenient to the beach.

Positive experience: We stayed from 7/6-13/2019. Our actual apartment was nice and we lucked out by having our stairs from the back porch to go directly to the pool sidewalk. (And, be prepared to climb STAIRS for every unit.) Almost every unit has a WALK to the one entrance to the pool. (And, there is no restroom at the pool...so be prepared to walk back to your apartment.) Also, there are no GRILLS on the premises. The walk to the beach access was short and the beach was BEAUTIFUL and clean. There are SEVERAL great places to eat and shop on the island side of the bridge, but if you need to travel over the bridge into Gulf Breeze...it's normally not bad and gives you several other options. We will most definitely be back to Pensacola Beach!!

Fantastic experience: Our large family enjoyed the amenities and space. Great location and walking distance to the beach! Having my coffee on the beach in the morning while watching the sunrise was such a pleasure! Will be staying here again!

Fantastic experience: Some lovely family members own a condo here. We have been coming here for16 yrs. It is a beautiful place to be. The Pensacola beach like always, was breathtaking. Many memories made here with my children and grandchildren. Thanks Dick and Anne Stover, of course Jimmy, too!
