Experiencia fantástica: When we decided to sell our home in Lakewood Wis we contacted Eric Arneson from the Todd Weise home selling team. Eric made a appointment to meet us and over look the property and explain what he and the entire team had to offer. A week later he came back with sales comparisons from the surrounding area. He was very thorough in his research. We decided on a sale price and a few days later there professional photographer came and took inside, outside as well as aerial photos of the house and surrounding neighborhood as well as the golf course that we bordered up to. The property hit the market on Thursday afternoon and the showings began Saturday morning with a full offer plus coming Sunday afternoon. Experiencia negativa: In a 2 minute discussion with Susan she informed me that the listing I am interested in isn't available, that the team works in 11 counties and building a home is costly nowadays. She asked if I was interested in a free home value assessment ... after I told her no she ended the conversation and said she would reach out to me in the Spring. I'm still not exactly sure what happened on the call. I contacted them to discuss property listings and it was apparent she had no interest in selling me a property. What a waste of time. Thankfully the call was only 2 minutes.

She would play around with him while we were looking around different houses and I once caught them playing in the rain together (a change of clothes was needed, but oh well because he had fun). We are not sure what we would have done without Sandy. It was especially nice that she was from around the area we bought our house in. She was super responsive to emails, call, and texts. Eventually, we decided to purchase a second home (rental property). She stuck with us through it all. Julie patiently showed us homes in our price range and preferred area. In the past, we have used other realtors, but no one has been as loyal, hard-working, down-to-earth or knowledgeable as Julie. UPDATE 2020: We have worked with Julie Hand from Todd Wiese Homeselling Team over the last several years. She has guided us through the purchase of 3 properties (2 rental and 1 personal home). There is a reason we go back to her over and over; she is awesome! She is knowledgeable, polite, and down-to-earth. Not to mention hard-working and responsive! Julie answered every question timely and with respect, no matter how silly or little. She made up feel comfortable with our decisions. The entire team is extremely personable and professional and a joy to work with. Donna took my call initially and really listened to me and what my wishes were. I then was introduced to Alex who all the offers came to and there were a lot! In the end we had 6 very strong offers with 3 of them being cash offers!! He spent countless hours weeding through each and every offer that came in to help and guide me to get the most benefit. When we decided on what amazing offer we would take David was the closing manager who helped finalize the deal. He was very respectful of the current Covid 19 condition and explained every document line by line while we signed in our car outside his office. I know there are many more behind the scenes people who worked very hard on our property and it clearly showed in the outcome. Experiencia negativa: Just spent the day traveling to a home listed by this company. It said in the listing that it was built in 1980. Perhaps this was some sort of typo that they dont care to fix, but it was most likely built in 1880. There is no way that this house is less than 100 years old. Besides that, there is standing water in the basement, which would be one thing if it was reported in some way, but it is not. I will never even consider looking at another house listed by this company.

She was very patient with us - we had never sold a home before. Leslie cautioned us to have our own house inspected before selling so there were not any surprises. As a result, we were able to address some issues before the home went on the market. She also gave us valuable guidance for staging our home, including having the Todd Wiese staff photographer shoot our house (for some WONDERFUL Zillow images). Some were a slam dunk and sold in a week. Then there was the other kind… My most recent house had issues—not because it was in bad shape, far from it. It just happened to be the sort of place what was going to require an intricate negotiation strategy to get it sold. I hired the Todd Wiese Homeselling Team because I believed they had the expertise to handle a deal as complicated as mine. I’m happy to say I was right. I was also right in assuming it was going to take a lot of out-of-the-box thinking to sell the property. The contract contained so many contingencies and flaming hoops to jump through that it would have made a trained circus animal dizzy. I’m firmly convinced that no other local real estate broker could have successfully closed a sale like this.
