Experiencia negativa: Zero stars. They took my building over in May (I've lived here 8 years and had at least 4 ownership changes), and in only 2 and a half months, they've managed to ignore a leak for almost two weeks, let the whole building's electricity be out for almost a full day in the middle of June, they haven't fixed a hole in my ceiling for over two months (wet drywall, mold, all from the leak issue), and yesterday (almost 40 hours) the water got cut off, and 11 apartments have been without water for two days now. Glad you sent cleaners to clean the foyer and halls, though, that's awesome. Maybe do the actual things that people need to survive, or something. Maybe also answer the phone or respond to maintenance requests before 10 days have passed. I have never had worse customer service in 30 years of renting, and I've rented from All-Trade.

Mike gave me suggestions on things that I could do to get it ready for the market. In September I began working with Mike and his team. They were able to complete the work that needed to be finished within the next couple of months. By the end of November my home was on the market! I accepted an offer in January and closed in February, for the asking price. Of course it wasn't all without road bumps.There were unforseen things that came up during the process, like a cracked water pipe and boiler repairs. But Mike's calm demeanor definitely helped lower the stress level! And Mike's team worked with me to complete the FHA requirements as well. Mike, Breanna, Noah and the rest of the team helped me get through the entire process from day one. They were easy to work with, flexible, available 24/7 for any problems or questions, just overall great people. I definitely recommend Mike Boyea and his team for anybody looking to buy or sell!
