Even with these restrictions she was very useful with arranging views, offering advice, and keeping in contact. When it came time to make an offer she was ready to get to work. Coming from a different housing market, being from out of state, I had expectations about inspections and the clauses that should be in the offer. Zoë warned me ahead of time that these maybe sticking points. Well she was right, but thanks to her rewriting the offer again and again we were able to still get most of what I wanted. Zoë’s contacts helped to make the inspections happen on time with the right people. Thanks to which I have invaluable information about the house and any future issues down the line. She also helped me to get in touch with various contractors for estimates. The rest of the process, all the way on to a successful closing, when by smoothly. Based upon my experience if/when I need another house Zoë will be the first one I call.
