The home we are renting is in great condition including a handy "renters book" that describes all the elements of the house, garden watering information, what to do if things aren't working, and help information about the area. The few maintenance issues we have had were resolved very quickly. The online process to complete the application went smoothly. They have a renter's portal that makes is really easy to set up auto-pay (no more dealing with running physical checks to an office) as well as to submit maintenance tickets. Tammi was helpful in brokering questions to the homeowner regarding care for the fruit tress on the property -- we really felt she was advocating for both the homeowner as well as our needs as the tenants. Would definitely use them again for any future rentals.

The conversation progressively went left as it became apparent that they didn't want my business. I was told to find an agency that's better suited for "my background". I was also told that my accent was too "heavy". This interaction was less than pleasant and quite unprofessional.

The few items that we felt needed addressing were taken care of promptly too.
