That evening we called and said we wanted him to be our agent, which thankfully he did. We come into town a few times, and after looking at several houses found one we believed would work well for us. Kevin took care of all details, and luckily hooked us up with one of his favored mortgage brokers who was able to get the entire transition done smoothly. A great experience, and we cannot recommend Kevin more highly.

He made the process seamless. He is not superfluous nor did he try to “sell me” his services. He was to the point in what he could offer and left it at that. I appreciated his candidness, honesty and integrity. When he says he will do something he does and he gives you gentle nudges when something was hung up because I needed to do something. He also was 100% open when I wanted to go outside of his references for bids for repairs (but yes I ended up with his recommendations because they were the most cost effective). He is efficient, and professional and made an otherwise daunting task, simple. My only bummer is I didn’t get to meet him face to face since I was selling property out of my state. Thank you Kevin. Experiencia negativa: We sold our home with Mike Reppy and purchased a home with Kevin Reppy of Home Realty/Sun City West, AZ. We have had to spend $18,000 in less than a week based on the "discloser statement from seller which was found to be incorrect and we were given a 2 week old inspection report from Mike & Kevin that was from a buyer that backed out of buying home to review". I chose to use this report instead of doing my own inspection, which was not a good report. I asked for some help from both realtors and was told sorry but they can not help. This is a short story - version but true. I feel we were short on truth and SUPPORT. I would think twice before buying or selling a home with them.

Experiencia fantástica: I do not know where to start. Kevin was the best realtor I have ever worked with to sell my parents home. He knows the houses in Sun City well so he can give the right estimate on the sale price of your home. This is usually a painful experience but he made it easy. We sold the house for full price thanks to Kevin. One of his greatest strengths is that he a good communicator. He never leaves you hanging and he listens to your concerns. We had a variety of issues that needed to be resolved and Kevin helped me and my family get through them all. His recommended cleaner/stager and photographer were just what we needed to sell the house online. He also took care of several vendors we needed to repair the house to fulfill the inspection requirements before the close of escrow. We did everything he told us to do and he never steered us the wrong way. I wish I had more houses for him to sell.

Please, however, tell the seller that you provide a clean-up crew when the seller is gone. I hired a company, which I had to find one, and then when I was told the broker's cleaning crew was there, I had to cancel my appointment for cleaning and was charged a cancellation fee??? It might seem like a small item, but with all the other expenses involved it just added to the cost. I would definitely ask Kevin to represent me in the selling of my home
