Provides exceptional guidance and advice throughout the listing process (took the time to explain the many documents to me and my 90 year old mother) 5. Has many professional contacts (Photographer, Drone operator, Roofers, Glass, Handyman, Movers...) that made our listing look fantastic, and proved invaluable when repairs needed to get done. Overall, I would highly recommend Joy Pickles to ANYONE selling their home, but especially those selling their home in AT. For specific details of how Joy went above and beyond selling our home, read on: When we met with Joy Pickles (Agent) we were very impressed with her knowledge of Arizona Traditions (AT) and decided to go with her and Long Realty. We were particularly impressed that she used a professional photographer and took drone pictures of our home which showed the proximity of our house to all other homes, the cul-de-sac, and all of the facilities AT provides. All of that you sort of expect from a good real estate agent, but this is where Joy went above and beyond what we expected; My Mom is in Assisted Living and my brother and myself are from out of state, so no one was in the home. There were a number of improvements that needed to be made on the house prior to closing (window replacements, roofing, faucets, etc...) and with Joy's many contacts, she was able to get us professionals for all of the different jobs that needed to be done at the house. But it didn't end there......... Because we were out of state, Joy acted as our \"Project Manager\" and got ALL of these tasks done on time, with very little involvement from us. But it didn't end there.......... There were many items still in the house that still needed to be packed up and my brother had limited time in Az and couldn't get it all done. Joy packed up the remaining items and got everything distributed to the many charities in the area. Again, with very little needed from us. But it didn't end there........... Because we are from out of state, my Mom was going to have to sign the closing papers on her own which made her very nervous. Joy made sure she was there at the closing with my Mom to explain what was going on and to make her feel confident in signing the paperwork. Essentially, whatever it took to get the job done, Joy was willing and very capable of doing it.
