Experiencia negativa: The worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. I have been living at one of the properties they manage for 13 years. Their negligence and incompetency due to lack of response and repairs needed in a timely manner are horrid. Due to their negligence, I have been left displaced and forced to live in my car for the past year and a half. My apartment is mold infested and they refuse to make the proper arrangements needed to remedy the root cause to the problem. BE WARNED!!! This management company does not care about tenants health or safety when it comes to managing a complex. Rent at your own risk.

Experiencia negativa: Bad experience with management here at Solari Enterprise and as well with management on site at apartment location. I rent from one of their properties that is brand new and has been out of running AC for more than 3 months. I’ve been trying to contact Giana Richard’s to escalate the issue and she has avoided contact with me for more than 4 weeks. No AC for more than 3 months and have been paying rent on time. 6 days of no running hot water. No fix or solution. I was told it’s a vendor issue…. Onsite management does not care.

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely frustrated with the process I have experienced with Solari Enterprises, Inc. There is no reason it should take three months to process my move, especially when I have consistently provided all required documentation from the start. I have had to resend the same paperwork multiple times to the same people, only to have the process restarted over and over again due to slow responses and delays in sending information where it needs to go. It feels as though certain applications are being stalled unnecessarily. I am one of the few applicants who came prepared with every single document requested, yet my time and resources have been wasted. I even traveled from Oklahoma to Los Angeles at significant personal expense, only to face the same delays for months. This process needs to be addressed and improved immediately. The lack of efficiency and timely communication is unacceptable.

I been wanting for so long to feel free and check my apartment how is been for years, nothing works and they come the managers to check and they just walk around and write stuff and they never fix anything .... Any advice please or who can help me out or where to go because they just increase the rent every year but they Don't fix anything
Experiencia fantástica: I have lived in Torrey apartments for 10+ years, but i never felt more comfortable with management until Kenia took over (current manager at complex), she always strives to make you feel at home, from community events to always having a positive attitude when a problem comes, always answering phone calls and sending maintenance as soon as possible. Kenia has been by far the best manager in this complex.
Experiencia negativa: I live at one of their properties. They are outdated. all theirs bedroom doors and closets are so old the wood is chipping and all they do I paint over it. Myself and neighbors have complained about mold issues. The storage unit they provide to tenants are not sealed on the top at all so anything can get in them and they are filled with bugs, con webs and spiders. I can’t even store stuff in there. They been increasing rent in the middle of my lease by $100 for the last four years! The apartments are not as spacious and up to date. The property is always dirty and not kept up with. There is an infestation of bugs and roaches. I have the smallest back patio out of the the entire apartment complex and still charged a lot for rent. The rent is more than half my income but it’s income based? Corporate greed. I might as well move into a new Luxary apartment that I’ve seen for $200 more a month.
Experiencia negativa: I have been living at Eastgate at Creekside in San Marcos since they opened up. For the last several months I have had issue after issue after issue and none of them had been taken care of. The turn handles for the blinds don't work they have not been replaced I have been asking for over 17 months yes I said that 17 months for them to be fixed and they're still not fixed, I've been leaving messages for the last two and a half months that I was going in for colon cancer surgery and asking for bars to get in and out of the bath with and I've had not one response after over 20 text messages voicemails etcetera. And now I have big bugs that are about a half an inch big all over my apartment and I'm trying to get rid of them so please be careful on the places that you choose to live

Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke!!! Absolutely screwed my family and now they want to take us to court over how ineffective the company is ran. Everything about them sucks!! The place is dirty as hell and never gets cleaned roaches run the place. The apartment “manager” is an absolute joke and shouldn’t work in this kind of environment because he can’t handle it at all. It’s bad when everyone in the building has a nickname for you because of how bad you “manage” this company as a whole needs to rewrite their values and think about how they rent since they always want to lose everyone’s paperwork. STAY AWAY FROM CASA PALOMA AT ALL COSTS NOT WORTH IT!!!!
Experiencia negativa: It has been the worst experience I've ever had with housing, they lied told us we had an apartment and didn't have it, fired the manager, they lost our paperwork with all our banking information, social security number, and business information and told us if we don't give it all again they can't help us, this is after 7 months.
Experiencia negativa: They do not respond to telephone calls regarding emergent matters their personnel in regards to management regional and otherwise is extraordinarily insufficient and inappropriate policy is never followed codes are consistently broken and knowledge of real estate laws are non-existent. They do not respond to phone calls or emails regarding safety and housing code violations.
Experiencia negativa: I received an email stating that I was in move-in status pending income verification. However, when I accessed the portal as instructed, there was no option to submit the required information. I’ve placed multiple calls to the number provided in the email, left voicemails, and yet, no one has called me back. To make matters worse, I later received another email stating that I had been removed from move-in status because the information was not received. Despite my efforts to reach out for assistance via phone and willing to submit paperwork in person. No one to this day has contacted me back to resolve the issue. The website did not allow me to submit the necessary information, and I am frustrated that I’ve been removed from the move-in status and taken off the waitlist without any support or communication from the company. * Estrella Apartments*
Experiencia positiva: I live here, and I have to acknowledge the extraordinary profetionali practices in which the current office and on site managers conduct there business. Specifically Ms. Nelida who maintains a zero mistake standard seemingly on all she does. I really wish a payment plan could be reached before I have to leave the premises and be an addition to the homeless crises

Experiencia negativa: I have lived at the Parkwood apartments for since 2016. 2020 I started a new Career as a Leasing Specialist now a Agent. I recently filed multiple complaints with the Housing Authority due to the upkeep of the property. Horrible conditions and the compliance violations that are never corrected by untrained managers. I was told by Housing Authority that my unit was listed as the on-site managers unit in 2018 2 years after I moved in and was never told this by Solari. I guess I know to much so now I recieved notice to leave followed with a fake ledger. The Housing Authority laughed at it and sent documents to me that will help in a counter suit against them. I advise everyone who are going through this same issue or any issues with this company call your local Housing Authority also get legal advise. Believe me what you find out about this company and your rights they violate everyday will work in your favor.

Nettie at the Della Rosa property refuses to answer or respond to calls, lost one friend's application twice, and outright LIED about submitting another friend's application. Who is monitoring the way these properties operate? Filing a formal complaint.

I live at Sichel Family Apartments for 5 years and while the landlord was great the back office teams SUCKS. I have been trying to get my deposit for a whole year. I left the complex APRIL 2022!!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I asked Dennis, 2 company managers, to talk to Rafeal who has been bother me, about to run his truck over me walking or my car with my husband many times in years. I asked police talking to Rafeal this kind of arrange killing, threaten to assault myself and my family members in the Fairway San Antonio court San Jose garage. I have to avoid parking in the garage. Rafeal got to door by door at our building on Thanksgiving 2022 and Weekends as today Sunday, April 9, 2023 hiding very quick in nearby unit and in electric room. Rafeal is working for the property manager Dennis. Total 7 months of a year to deal with management: re-apply take from March-July: sensitive items on the list were handed to Dennis who did not even touch them but still posts on the door; it came up "vacant premise issue". 5 months to worry about the re-certify. If with no pandemic the months of February and August for inspection inside of the unit, over search the unit for violation and cleaning issue( could have 3 days notice to vacate) . Other issue of vandalize, theft, burglary, familiar faces from community did obvious in front of your eyes or camera.

Experiencia negativa: I live in the Dorie Miller Manor in LA and we have a hard time contacting anyone from this company outside of on site management. We are always being loaded down with multiple paperwork and things they want us to comply with, but they never listen to the tenants complaints and issues!!

Coursens Art Colony, no hot water for almost 3days, Gates don't work, laundry room locked, fitness center locked, people park anywhere, informed the office about someone taking my parking spot, I was told to call a tow truck, why have all these amenities when they are locked up? They have security, I don't understand the management style, also the property has a cleaning contract, but I don't think they know they are contracted to clean the property, unfortunately this has been tasked to the maintenance man on top of his other duties! Where's Johnny???everything was spotless when he was here.
Experiencia negativa: The WORST company ever, if you are thinking of renting a unit own by then, RUN! Unless you never want to hear back from them when you have an issue with your place, you don’t want to have a direct phone number, a bunch of unanswered emails, voice messages. For emergencies, they are wonderful at running away. I have had 3 managers in charge of my building, they all quit already nobody even told us, now we have no direct with anyone. Our house look like a slum, no leaf cleaners for months, that’s just the outside. I have endless stories and we been “managed” by them only for 2 1/2 years.

Just got hung up on "by accident" with no call back. dang.. Management used to be better 10 years ago. the building starting to look more run down.

Experiencia negativa: The manager at Pisgah Village. Her name is Jacqueline, she is an abuser. She intimidates the elderly. Yells at them. The building is not secure. Jacqueline is unprofessional and incompetent to be the manager. I hope that they realize what this person is up to and they can get someone that actually is professional. These elderly tenants need someone that is professional and compassionate.

Experiencia negativa: I was very happy to move into Bixel House. The manager (Me. Montoya) was very helpful. 1 year later I had bedbugs. I called and called management to no avail. I called Solari and was told to calm down. I told her that had she ever spent one night at Bixel House she would know why I was so angry. That issue was finally resolved (months later) costing me money for new mattresses and mattress/pillow covers. Next the blinds broke and are still broken. It's been 2 years and still no new blinds.I complained about a neighbor above me making loud noise in the am. The manager went and told the neighbor that I complained. The neighbor the left a 10 pagege manifesto on my door. Very inprofessional staff. Catching the elevator is a bummer. Because the person living accross from the elevator is a 51/50. And very unstable. But no ones cares about that or any thing else. I was told that I cannot put an air conditioner in the window. But that same air conditioner that I had, others have now. Not sure if that's favoritism or what. I wouldn't advise any one to move here. Everything is all good until you have an issue. @MyExperienceHere
Experiencia negativa: I live at T Bailey Manor Apt 413 they are managed by Solari. My car got vandalized in the parking garage with surveillance camera pointing at my car. I made a police report. The regional manager Carol said there is nothing they can do. We pay rent but they can't hire security. I don't recommend this place to nobody you leaving here at your own risk. They got cameras but they are just for show and they are too cheap to hire security guards

We have been reaching out on a daily basis but they never answer the phone then an issue arise and they are being so petty to where it is prolonging the process to getting this resolved by redirecting to another dept. Terrible practice which I will make sure everyone know they are bad to go in business with.

But it’s under a “NEW” company and the Building has turned around from Very unhealthy to “Healthy, Clean, Nice and Well Kept Up”!!!!!! Nice manager and Good Maintenance!!! No longer Salari thank god or it would still be the same. The “New Company Is Peak Living”! The name of the Building is still BeachView Villa but Different Company. Unites are filling up quickly compared to when the Company was Salari! When People moved into the Building when it was owned by Salari the tenants would only Stay 1 month and move out it was that Bad here! But Now, It’s “TOTALLY” Different from a unhealthy Building to a “Healthy And Clean” Building from a Different Company Now : Peak Living!

The managers are non existent, repairs not done or sub par once attempted, excuses upon excuses and lack of action on their part. Also vast and varying discrimination against the residents and threats and honestly they need to be fired from this property they manage at Art Share LA.

Experiencia negativa: We’ve been without no water for six days now. The property doesn’t care about their tenants. We’ve paid rent and now we are without. They hav not once came and gave us water. I have three kids and it’s COVID-19 going around and we need water to wash our buts. This is so cold I wouldn’t refer them to no one. They need to do a lot better in caring more about their tenants.

All my contacts with the corporate office and staff and my Spartment Management team have been handled and resolved quickly and professionally. I have never had one negative experience and I am thankful for my beautiful apartment and the excellent Manager and Staff handling hundreds of diverse people from various cultures while following strict guidelines according to strict local and State laws and without prejudice.

Experiencia negativa: Whats they did to me..well, I lived to tell about it...And I have collected the most horrific, criminal, unethical (evil!) CASE against these monsters who think they are above the law. I had a Section 8 apartment. Solari made a conscious, calculated, orchestrated effort to destroy my life (Gaslighting is the fascist term for what they did to me). You'll see. They discriminated, harassed, HAD ME TWICE FORCIBLY PUT ON 5150s and hauled off to psych wards by the police...). Last month I went out of town. They decided I "vacated" my apartment..ALTHOUGH I PAID THE MONTH'S RENT!!! I returned to locks changed and notices of repeated entries into my apartment. Then they said they were taking all my belongings and, if not picked up promptly..thrown out! And when I tried to get the stuff, the Security Guard said I was banned from the building! So, I didn't get the 30 days.. no. This is why I'm homeless....NOT EVEN EVICTED!!!!!!!!!!!
