We were first time homebuyers and we wanted to find an agent that was knowledgeable, hard working, and supportive of our goals and demands. I am sure that Alana, as a part of the Brandon Nelson team, benefits from quality people that work with and support her, but Alana herself delivered tremendously in all three fronts and shined. First, Alana knows everyone worth knowing when you are in the process of buying a home. Alana had contacts in all areas of home inspection, loan officers, title companies, assessors, repairs, roofing, contractors, and even tree management. I am a DIY type of person, but to have someone as readily and effectively connected to people that know their game, is a great advantage when you are researching homes, and trying to buy one. Second, Alana is extremely hard working and has been there from the beginning and throughout all of our visits. It’s easy to say “Yeah, it’s their job to be there”, and yeah, you would be right. But Alana was there with more energy that we had, with more perspective and quick assessment (“this can be fixed and will cost you so and so”), and even took us to homes that we ourselves were only mildly interested on. I worked with both Brandon and Alana, but Alana was my primary point of contact after the initial meeting. My primary goals were for the sale process to be completed in a timely manner, without unexpected expenses, and at a reasonable selling price. Alana and Brandon were honest and realistic throughout. They gave good advice about setting an initial price and getting the house ready for sale. They provided a house cleaner before the first open house and also added some chairs, flowers, and art in order to increase curb appeal. The open house schedule (and quick sale) caused little disruption to my life, even though I was living in the house during the sale process. After receiving an offer, Alana was very helpful in responding to buyer issues and moving the process along towards completion. We listed the property in late June and settled before the end of July. I don't think the process could have been much smoother.

Experiencia fantástica: A few months ago we asked a buddy which realtor we should use to sell our house and buy a new one. Our friend, quite emphatically, said, "The ONLY realtor you should ever use is Brandon Nelson!" He wouldn't even elaborate because in his mind it was silly to even ask... so we called Brandon and we are really glad we did. It's really hard to convey in this review just how much Brandon and his team, especially Alana Mey, did for us, but I'll try to highlight the most important things. First of all, we put our house on the market on a Thursday afternoon and sold it that Saturday at 9:00 PM (in October). In order to put the house on the market Brandon and Alana went through our house with a "fine toothed comb" and helped us prepare the house for sale. They organized touch up painting inside and out, window washing, drywall repair, and Brandon even had what he calls his "yard Ninjas" completely transform our yard. More amazingly, we never saw a bill for any of those repairs! Also, on the day we hit the market Brandon's team sent out countless postcards to potential buyers, and talked up our house to other realtors. Our listing went "live" that first day in immaculate shape and had been "teed up" with hundreds of potential buyers and realtors. We sold the house in less than 3 days and got an over asking offer without an inspection -- and with two other offers to put in back-up! As for our new house, my wife and I tend to be gluttons for punishment, and decided to move out of a beautiful "turn key" house into a total fixer upper (but it DOES have a great view). Brandon helped us write up the perfect offer and had us write a "buyer's letter." Thankfully for us the seller accepted our offer over others. During the closing period on our new house we had multiple contractors, electricians and plumbers through that house to give us bids. Since it wasn't our house yet, Brandon's team had to let us in and stay there while we were in the house. This happened multiple times and we easily spent an hour each time. Brandon and his team (who are extremely busy) were there every time, without complaint, and NEVER made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Finally, on the day we closed and were supposed to get the keys to our new house we found out that the previous owner did not have any keys for the house. There were 5 doors and no keys. One of the doors had an electric lock with a key pad, which was the only way to get into the house if all the other doors were locked. Brandon must have found this unacceptable because a key maker showed up and re-keyed all the doors... and again, I didn't see a bill for it! Who does that!? Brandon does... At the end of this whole process I go back to my friend's exclamation that Brandon Nelson and his team are the ONLY realtors we should ever use to buy/sell a house, and now, from personal experience I can say I whole-heartedly agree!
