Ben was very patient during the whole process and never pushed me to buy just to get a sale. There didn't seem to be anything in my price  range that me and my wife liked but he kept digging and found the perfect place that wasn't even on the mls. On top of that everything in my range has been selling above appraisal value and we managed to steal it for a few thousand under. He even helped to get the house to pass the banks inspection. I can't say enough good things, I was pretty hesitant about buying my first house but thanks to Ben the process was pretty painless and I have a house that works for me and my family.
