Experiencia fantástica: About four years ago I knew that I would be retiring and moving to Virginia from Texas to be closer to my children and grandchildren and I decided I wanted to build a modular home which in the process I would need to find land to build on I reached out to Tia Blount and explained to her my intent. At the time I was not ready to make a purchase but I asked her to keep me informed about any properties that might come available in my price range.Over the next three years she diligently worked for me to find a property even though I wasn’t ready to purchase. When I asked her to do research on a property, she never hesitated, she was always there and available for me. In the end, I ended up not actually buying a property in Virginia so she was not able to sell me the property, but that didn’t stop her. She continued to check on me to see if there was anything she could do for me, and anytime I asked her a question about anything real estate related she was always there to give me an answer. It broke my heart when I couldn’t buy the property from her because she was not licensed in North Carolina which is where we ended up purchasing.
