Experiencia negativa: SUMMARY: Poor Communication & Ghosting @ Booked Showing I scheduled a showing for Friday at 6:00pm. Aimi sent a text confirming my booking shortly after. She called on Thursday night (I didn’t answer because I was grocery shopping and I hadn’t saved her number yet) and she didn’t leave a voicemail or text, so I didn’t think to call back. She called again at 11:07am on Friday and didn’t leave a voicemail. She texted right after saying I needed to confirm my appointment in the next 23 minutes or it was going to be cancelled. I was working and texted back at 11:18am to confirm my showing and said I can call back when I’m out of meetings if needed. She texted back thanking me after I confirmed. My partner and I arrived pretty early to the showing and there was a gate we needed a code for to enter. I called her at 5:35pm and she didn’t answer, which was fine because we were so early- I left a voicemail to let her know we were there early and asked if there was a code to get in. She didn’t call or text at all between the time I left the voicemail and the time of our scheduled showing, 6:00pm. I texted her at 6:06pm to let her know I left a voicemail and we were waiting for her. We left at 6:10pm because we hadn’t heard from her at all. I felt bad for not giving her more of a grace period, but now that it’s 8:55am on the following Monday and I still haven’t heard a thing from her, I know we made the right decision. Trying to cancel my showing if I don’t respond in less than 30 minutes (in the middle of my workday!) only to completely blow me off is wild. I would NOT recommend booking with Aimi, awful communication and extremely unprofessional.
