Johan Cisneros, Realtor - Pacific Properties Realty Group

Experiencia fantástica: Johan was helpful throughout the process of selling my home and was always available when I had questions. He communicated with me throughout the transaction, listened to my feedback and concerns, and was willing to adjust when needed. He also went the extra mile by helping with the lawn to make sure the property was presentable for potential buyers. I appreciated his patience and support throughout what can be a stressful process, and I’m grateful that we were able to successfully get the home sold.

Experiencia fantástica: Johan helped me buy my first investment property, a duplex in Los Angeles. He was exceptional at negotiating with the seller's agent. The seller wanted to sell as is and not budge on the price. Johan got the seller to lower the price and pay for repairs. Johan was always available, day or night. I have a very busy schedule and he worked around it. This was a stressful transaction because my lender made a mistake. Johan called them and got them to fix everything. Johan has great knowledge of all of the areas he sells in. He explained so much to me about different neighborhoods. It was great working with Johan. He made everything seemless and took great care of me. I recommend him to anyone looking for a property. S. Azer

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Johan and his team. As first time home buyers they really took care of us and help us navigate the complex home buying experience. They were kind, gracious, and operated with high integrity. We are grateful for all they did for us.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful that I got to have Johan and his team represent and sale my house! They did a beautiful job and all worked very hard making my house look Fabulous! Johan was exactly the type of person I needed to work with. He is very kind and calming which helped alleviate a lot of stress. After living in a house for 26 years, it’s difficult moving as everyone knows he made my life so much easier through that time. I will be forever Thankful!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a fantastic experience with Johan. As first-time home buyers we needed someone who was knowledgeable on the market and could help guide us throughout the whole process. He was incredibly patient, encouraging, and always available for any questions we night have. He truly had our best interest in mind and worked hard to get us a good deal.

Experiencia fantástica: Johan at Pacific Property Realty Group was exceptional throughout our entire real estate journey. We initially met him when purchasing our apartment, and based on that experience, we didn’t hesitate to trust him again to handle the sale as well. Since we were living in another state, having someone reliable was critical—and Johan exceeded every expectation. We truly felt we could trust him 100% throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us informed, communicated clearly, and made sure we were comfortable with every step along the way. What stood out the most was his judgment and guidance. Johan always provided thoughtful, strategic advice on the next move or decision, which made a complex process feel manageable and stress-free. In addition, the entire team at Pacific Property Realty Group worked seamlessly together, showing great coordination and professionalism from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Johan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated real estate professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Johan is an incredible realtor, and his entire team was a pleasure to work with! He helped me sell my property while living across the country, and made the whole process easy and painless. Despite selling during a traditionally slower time of the year, I was able to get the property under contract quickly and lean on him for things that needed to be addressed in-person while I was not there. I highly recommend Johan and his team to anyone in the area looking to sell or buy!

Experiencia fantástica: Johan was amazing his experience truly showed throughout the entire purchase. One thing you can expect when working with Johan is that he will help you get the home you truly want. He consistently goes above and beyond to get things done, and my fiancé and I are incredibly thankful for everything he did to help us purchase our first home.

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Pacific Properties Realty Group did an amazing job from start to finish.  Johan is very professional and understands all of the aspects of real estate. He and his team were very "hands on" in getting it sold.  Johan kept me updated with buyer inquiries and comparable local market listings.  He is very personable and great to work with. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Johan and Pacific Properties Realty Group was an excellent experience. From the first conversation, Johan seemed excited to discuss what I was looking for in a new home and offered a game plan. As a first time homebuyer, I had tons of questions throughout the entire home buying process. He took the time to understand my concerns, my needs and preferences for a new home. He listened patiently and answered all questions. He prepared listings of properties that matched the criteria and offered insights into different neighborhoods, styles of homes and market conditions. Throughout the process, Johan would check in to provide updates and see if I had any questions or concerns. His experience was invaluable during the negotiation process and throughout escrow. I am happy with my new home and choice in REALTOR. I recommend Johan to anyone seeking a dedicated and attentive real estate professional.

Experiencia fantástica: When our long-time real estate agent retired, we honestly weren’t sure what to expect, but Johan made the whole transition so smooth. Buying a house is always an emotional rollercoaster—one minute you’re excited, the next you’re stressed or disappointed when something falls through. Through all the ups and downs, Johan was always there to keep us grounded and positive. He never made us feel like just another client and always took time to explain things and check in on how we were feeling. What really stood out was how much he cared about our family and finding the right fit, not just closing a deal. He shares our values around family and community, and it showed in everything he did. On top of that, his team was amazing—Audrey and Joshua were so supportive in our search and working through our paperwork. Besides being a fantastic agent, Johan is just a genuinely great human being, and we’re so grateful we got to work with him and his team.

Experiencia fantástica: As a Realtor, I’ve worked with many real estate professionals, but Johan Cisneros, the ‘Running Realtor,’ stands out as truly exceptional. Not only did he provide outstanding service during the sale and purchase process for my daughter and her family in California, but he also assisted my mother with the sale of her house and my sister with her real estate needs. His dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail are impeccable. Johan’s energy and passion for what he does are unmatched, and he made every step of the process smooth and stress-free for my family. He really listened to what I was looking for and was always available to show me options that fit my needs and budget. His knowledge of the area was super helpful, and he made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Johan was patient, never pushy, and genuinely cared about finding the right place for me. Experiencia fantástica: We had an excellent experience working with Johan. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. He guided us through the entire process, addressing all our concerns without ever making us feel like we were asking ‘stupid’ questions. His professionalism and expertise made us feel safe and confident in our decisions. We highly recommend Johan to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor

Experiencia fantástica: Johan is truly an amazing agent. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly and makes you feel comfortable during the process. He is very passionate about making sure you get what you are looking for and always makes time to answer any questions. What we appreciated the most was his honesty and knowledge during property viewings. As first time buyers, my husband and I had no clue what to look for when viewing properties and we learned a lot from Johan as far as what key points to focus on and what would be financially beneficial for us. In the end, our business relationship turned into a close friendship and we are tremendously grateful to have worked with him.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Johan as an agent, he went above and beyond to get things done and help me sell my property. Will recommend working with him he really cares about his clients.

Experiencia fantástica: What an honest and diligent realtor! My family and I tasked Johan and his partner with helping us find a house quick, and we were a pretty picky group, we had a lot of expectations and quirks that we were looking for in a house. Being a military family, we have experienced some awful realtors, and our trust isn’t easy to gain. However, Johan and his partner Audrey were optimistic and patient while remaining realistic and on par with our expectations. Johan and Audrey were our realtors, but somewhere in there they became more like our friends, this made the process a lot less stressful. Johan is a reputable realtor, a family man and a kind hearted spirit. Audrey is a down to earth, hardworking partner and a straightforward communicator. This duo does honest work. They are people that you can trust. If you’re looking for a sign, let this be it! They helped us find what seemed impossible, and trust me, we worked them to the bone. I am serious when I say they were the best realtors we have ever had :) best people for that matter.

Experiencia fantástica: We couldn't have been happier with our experience with purchasing a home! Johan and his team were beyond helpful and answered all our questions. Johan is not about just selling a house, he heard all our wants & needs and made sure we found our home. Johan is so humble and so down to earth, we enjoyed seeing him and spending our weekends house hunting with him. He communicated all the way through from beginning to end. Purchasing a home can be extremely stressful but Johan and his team made it possible for us and we are so grateful for him. We have kept him updated on our remodeling of our home and can't wait to have him over for our house warming! Thank you again Johan for everything!

Experiencia fantástica: The Greatest Realtor!!! Johan is the best realtor around. He worked with my family for over a year to find the perfect house. He's very patient and will answer any questions you may have. He will go above and beyond to make the home buying experience the best ever! He even helped me with a plumbing issue, weeks after the close of escrow. You are in great hands with Johan.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you, Johan and his team, for helping us sell our third home. All were investment properties with tenants, but Johan and his team were still able to put deals together to get us a great return on our investments. Johan is bilingual (fluent in Spanish), great communicator, and always available. Don't hesitate to contact him for your real estate needs!

Experiencia fantástica: When my husband and I started talking about buying a home I prayed, asked God to put good people in our way to help us in this journey, and sure enough he did! I went to middle school with Johan... a mutal friend posted something about him and thats were I saw he was a realtor! Right there and then I knew Johan was the one that would help us and guide us through out this journey. Let me tell you Johan went above and beyond for our family, he was always there for us answering our questions, driving 1 1/2 to look at homes almost every weekend... he never pressured us... on the contrary he would always tell us not to worry that even if it was one home that we wanted to see he would be there and he was! Until we finally found our home, I remember him telling us that we would know when had found the one, he was right. Johan became part of our family, we will forever be grateful to him for everything he did for our family. If you are looking for someone to help you find your home do not doubt Johan will truly be there all the way. During our time with Johan we saw the great father, husband, brother and son he is. He even became uncle Johan to my little one. Johan thank YOU!! for everything.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I recently bought a house last week and it still seems surreal. The thought of buying a home didn't seem possible and the steps to acquire one seemed unovercomeable. Fortunately, we had Johan by our side every step of the way. He was dedicated, committed, passionate, professional, and most importantly, understanding throughout the whole process. He listened and understood what we were looking for and diligently worked and negotiated prices and conditions that met our needs. He answered all of our questions (we had A LOT) and messages/calls no matter what time of day it was. He did his research on the houses we were looking for and compared surrounding opportunities. His knowledge and experience in this market and thrive to constantly keep learning and helping his clients has been a blessing to my wife, family, and I. We built a great relationship and new memories to hold dear for the rest of our life. Thank you again for all your help Johan. Our dream of owning a beautiful home truly couldn't have been possible without you.

Experiencia fantástica: We would recommend everyone to have Johan as their agent. He and his team gave us their full availability to help us finding our home. Without pressure just focusing and our feeling about the places we have visited. He wanted genuinely us to find a place we could call home. To help us he was available any time to go to see houses, to give us suggestions or to prepare paperworks. When we finally have found our home he organized a small party for us. Great experience. Thank you Johan

Experiencia fantástica: We recently bought our home this month and it was such a great experience working with Johan Cisneros. If you are planning on buying a house, definitely Johan is the recommended realtor you can trust. He will work with you all the way through the process and he will get all the benefits you can get when you are getting a house. My husband and I got our house under the asking price plus credit towards closing cost and seller repairs. Without mentioning he personally helped us out to unload our things when we were moving in. Definitely, Johan Cisneros is the best realtor you can ask for!

Experiencia fantástica: My͏ selling experience with Johan Cisneros. Working with Johan has been a pleasure. My family and I put our trust in him and his outstanding work. He helped us buy and sell our first home. He is a man of his word and follows through with his actions. Both experiences have been outstanding. Johan is knowledgeable, honest, reliable and extremely communicative. When we had questions or concerns Johan was a text/call away and his response rate was fast. My husband and I are grateful for working with Johan and his entire team. He shows much appreciation for all his clients. He is not only our realtor he has also become our friend. We look forward to working with him again in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I researched about 40 agents beforehand & out of all of them, we selected Johan to sell our home. He has a degree & with his experience as a loan officer, an appraiser & now a realtor, his wealth of knowledge is insurmountable. Upon first meeting, he was promptly on time, had a pamphlet of estimates & comps of the house. We discussed on how to make the house presentable, including staging & marketing strategies such as pricing it appropriately. He was very positive & upbeat which is important in this industry. We wanted to remodel our home, Johan has the network of handyman, landscaper, painter, etc to accomplish the task. He was assisting the landscaper throw trash & even paint the house, he isn’t scared to get dirty by no means. He facilitated & coordinated to ensure that the remodeling project went smoothly. We had a buyer’s realtor who was hard to handle but Johan managed to negotiate properly & stayed professional all throughout. Moreover, we always felt like he was on our side. He’s an advocate & always gives us proper perspective when things seem to go sour. The best part is after putting the house up on the market, we closed within 2 weeks & we got way more than the asking price. What else can we ask for?! If there’s a 10 star, we’d like to give Johan a 10 star. We’re so glad we trusted Johan to sell our home, we couldn’t be any happier. Thank you Johan, you’re AWESOME!!! Johan helped us sell our house 3 years ago. We are repeat customers because we had such a wonderful experience with Johan the first time around. This time, he helped us sell my parent’s house. Even before the house went on the market, we already had an offer. We were so thrilled. Johan made the whole transaction effortless, seamless and easy. With his easy going, down to earth personality, it was extremely easy to talk to him and make plans. We felt like Johan was our strong advocate in this transaction. He’s fair, honest and conscientious. I would DEFINITELY recommend Johan to everyone. Johan gets an A+++

Experiencia fantástica: Johan made this whole process of selling my house easy. He explained every step and kept in constant contact with updates. He even helped out with some needed repairs. Top notch all around.

Experiencia fantástica: Johan was great to work with. I'm very glad I chose him to sell my house in Lawndale. He was very proactive and hands-on - I appreciate him.

Experiencia fantástica: I bought my first home with Johan two years ago. Two years later, I'm happy with my choice and he's the agent I call if there's a listing I'm interested in.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the BEST realtors in the Los Angeles area! Johan was knowledgeable, flexible to our schedules, and super friendly. This was the third house we have purchased with as many realtors, Johan and his team outclassed them all. We will definitely be recommending him to all of our friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: The experience of buying a home with Johan was beyond amazing! He helped us with every step and made the experience very enjoyable! We can not wait to enjoy our new home !! With the market being so intense at the moment, he made it possible and we never lost hope!

Experiencia fantástica: Johan the Running Realtor is a talented professional. His ability to put together a marketing plan is second to none. Thank you Johan for selling my house for way over asking price! I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family. Thank you for your passion, dedication and expertise!

Experiencia fantástica: Francisco Guerra is the baddest! Looking for a home can be so scary and stressful. Francisco created an experience that was the complete opposite of that. I never thought in my life that buying a home could be so fun. He was transparent about the whole process and showed me that buying a home is more than just finding a property I like. We were looking for an investment for myself and my future family. Once we found the home for me I knew I would have a ton of questions that would probably have other realtors rolling their eyes. I am so grateful that this wasn’t the case with Francisco. He answered every one of my calls, and I’m sure I called him at least twice a day for questions that I thought we’re silly. Escrow went at my pace and now I’m in my home that absolutely adore. He truly is a matchmaker for homes. I can’t wait to do it again !

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars is not enough for how pleased I am with this Pacific Properties Realty Group. I had the honor to work with realtor Francisco Guerra, he made my transaction such a smooth experience for purchasing my first home. He made sure to understand what I was searching for in a home physically and financially. I was working with previous realtors before I fell into Francisco’s hands from a friends recommendation. Francisco offered topnotch service all around, from understanding what I was looking for and not just throwing random properties at me, to accommodating to my crazy schedule for viewing properties. I had him driving all over LA county and San Diego county before we found my property. Not once was he not available to answer my phone calls and all the questions I had. Francisco is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his business. He made purchasing a home so effortless and took care of gathering all the needed documents aside from negotiating towards the purchase price I was looking for. Francisco is an amazing Realtor, I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home and anyone looking for a good negotiator he is the guy! I look forward to working with Francisco again in the future!!

Experiencia fantástica: As first-time home buyers, my fiance and I had done research beforehand, but needed guidance and structure. Johan not only provided that, he exceeded that! We are beyond grateful for Johan and his expertise! The market for houses is tough right now but Johan never lost faith and helped us buy our first home! Johan was professional, personal, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. He linked us to several professionals to conduct all of the inspections for the home. He was communicative and readily available to answer any of our questions at all times. He really made us comfortable in the home buying process and guided us every step of the way. In short, Johan is dedicated, researched, and seasoned. We'll definitely reach out to him in the future and we recommend him to all our friends and family!

Experiencia fantástica: Johan is AMAZING!!! Reliable, Responsive and best of all trustworthy. Johan has made my families home buying experience a smooth transition consistency is important and that's what Johan brings living up to his name the running realtor. THANK YOU JOHAN ;)

Experiencia fantástica: I had to travel in the middle of selling my property and he took care of all headaches for me. Looking forward to working with him soon again!

Experiencia fantástica: From day one, Johan’s nickname “running realtor” makes complete sense. Rather than flattery or appeasement, Johan’s approach is practical, realistic, and untiring. I recently completed a full renovation of my home and as I had an upcoming transfer I was keen to tie things up neatly on time and present a finished product rather than a partial upgrade. I vetted numerous realtors as I knew my property presented some intrinsic challenges, and Johan stood out immediately. He is wise, experienced, and deeply familiar with the Hawthorne/Inglewood area. His advice was to-the-point and aided tremendously in bringing my renovation project to finish and on the market with perfect timing. His sales approach also impressed me greatly, as he is far from a “yes man” when it comes to wishful thinking. On his recommendation, we listed strategically, and happily generated the interest necessary to bring the sale price to a healthy level, which more than satisfied the long hours of my time and extensive investment I had committed to the project. I can’t recommend Johan enough. He is friendly, humble, and extremely effective. Thank you, Johan!

Experiencia fantástica: Johan is very professional, always willing to help at any time. He helped me sell a property in Torrance quickly at a great price. I'm so lucky to have found him! Thank you Johan

Experiencia fantástica: It’s always a pleasure to do business with people who treat you like family and help in every way they can. Johan is very professional, an expert, resourceful and trustworthy individual. I highly recommend Johan and Pacific Properties Realty Group if you are looking to buy or sell your home.

Experiencia fantástica: Johan has been an amazing Realtor. Even thought the market to buy right now is tough, Johan and his team, didn't quit on us like other realtors had in the pass. He stuck with us until we found our forever home. One of the best qualities we loved about Johan is that he is on it. I like to be informed at all times and get responses as soon as possible. Johan and his team showed great professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend Johan Cisneros to help you find your forever home. A++++++ in our book ☺️☺️☺️

Experiencia fantástica: Johan is professional, friendly and with excellent knowledge of the market. He helped us sell our old house. Johan kept us informed and updated on the whole process. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Thank you Johan!

Experiencia fantástica: We just closed on a home with Johan and his team. We first met Johan about 6 years ago when we were interested in purchasing a condo within the community we were living in. Not only was he kind and informative, he went out of his way to find a potential seller to sell us a unit. We were very much impressed with his grit as a realtor and knew he was one to make it happen. Unfortunately, we decided to wait and felt bad for all his time and work wasted when we had a change of heart. I thought he would be upset and I understood but instead he smiled and said, "Well once you are ready give me a call"- and just like that 6 years later and lots of saving we were finally ready to purchase a home. We called Johan and within the first 2 minutes of reintroducing ourselves, he remembered us! We assured him we were "ready ready" and asked to see some homes. After throwing in two "roll the dice" offers with no avail, we knew we had to go hard. When we found the home we really wanted, he told us the seller's agent wanted us to see it before we put in an offer and that we had to be there in 2 hours- on Game 6 World Series night. Not only did he drive from Hawthorne to Riverside during game 6 of the World Series (The night the dodgers won!!), but also during a wildfire that severely impacted traffic going towards Riverside. We saw the home, made an offer, and finally closed on the home! They say, "You don't choose the home, the home chooses you" and I can honestly say Johan was the driving force that bridged us to our new home. He always answers any questions or uncertainties you have in a kind way. He also has experience as an appraiser which helped us a lot because we were purchasing a fixer upper so we had to make sure it had good bones. His home inspector created us an impeccable inspection report so detailed and thorough with pictures and video. All in all, if you want to deal with a realtor who truly cares and looks out for your best interest all the while doing what he loves to do you will not go wrong with Johan and his team for your real estate needs. I wish him nothing but the best in his business and I hope this review will give you an insight into our experience to give you confidence so you know you will be in good hands with Johan and his team.

Experiencia fantástica: Johan made our home buying experience just as smoothly and enjoyable a process as we could have asked for. Johan is a true professional in every sense. He truly went above and beyond to find the right home us (pool included ) and get our offer accepted. Johan is very knowledgeable as he was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had through out the process. From day one I knew we had the right agent for us. I would not hesitate referring Johan to anyone, friends and family included. We love our new home and we owe it to Johan! Frank from Norwalk, Ca.

Experiencia fantástica: Johan made the frightening prospect of a first-time home purchase far less daunting. He explained the process thoroughly and answered my many questions promptly, with patience and good cheer. He even saved me from myself when I was captivated by a beautiful home that would have needed a great deal of expensive repair. He was encouraging when I was outbid and, when my offer was accepted, kept me apprised of all steps in the sale. I appreciated his knowledge, savvy and experience. He has been every bit as available and attentive since the sale, answering my (still many) questions and offering recommendations for needed services. Happily ensconced in my new home office, sipping tea prepared in my new spacious kitchen as I gaze through the window upon my charming new neighborhood, I couldn’t be happier with my choice of realtor. I recommend Johan wholeheartedly.

Experiencia fantástica: Johan was great in helping with our first home! The home buying process can be stressful especially during COVID but Johan and his team did everything to make sure it all went through! He really goes the extra mile to make it a pleasant experience despite all the difficulties that came with COVID. We found a home that was posted just for a few hours and he immediately scheduled a showing and made an offer right away! No time wasted. Johan is always available and really quick to respond to any questions. Would 100% recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Finding the perfect home is always stressful. To go house hunting, find that home you just fall in love with and submit and offer only to get turned down because someone else put in a higher bid, can be not only stressful, but discouraging. This is where having the perfect agent For the job of getting you into that perfect home is key, to finding the perfect home. Johan was extremely patient and always made himself available to us, and was always so upbeat and encouraging. He was always looking out for our best interest and not his own. In my line of business I have met many real estate agents, who I know are only looking out for their best interest and making that sale. With Johan it was very personalized and he always reassured us That We would find the perfect home and he worked very hard to make sure everything went smooth for us. He worked with an exceptional team to get us pre-approved and then it was all smooth. I highly recommend Johan from Pacific Properties 1000%. Will never go with anyone else.

Experiencia fantástica: Johan is a true professional. He was easy to talk to and is very knowledgable in his field. He was always there if I had a question. Even when he was on vacation. The process of selling our home during this COVID time was a challenge to say the least. He tackled this challenge like a true pro. Definitely made it easier and stress free for me. A very nice guy and I am very happy that it was him that got my house sold in a timely matter. Thank You Johan.

Experiencia fantástica: JOHAN HELP ME AND MY FAMILY GET OUR DREAM HOME HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EVERY STEP OF THE WAY HE ALWAYS GAVE US UPDATES THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE PROCESS AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHAN IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A NEW HOME HE IS BERY PROFESSIONAL

Experiencia fantástica: 1st Time Home buyer, scary process but not with the Running Realtor JOHAN! My wife and I were extremely fortunate to find Johan in our search for our home. My conversation with Johan at first was more of getting to know my family needs and wants for our future home. Once we set expectations and starting looking for houses (the fun part of the process), Johan was quick to set up appointments with houses that were of interest to my family. We went to a couple of houses and my wife and I instantly fell in love with a house, Johan was quick to write up an offer letter that was fair to the seller but also fair on our budget. Johan had an amazing idea which I believe set us apart from all the other buyers, he had my wife and I write a letter about ourselves and our hobbies. This helped bridge the gap between the seller and us, the seller accepted our offer and we opened escrow just a couple of days later. Escrow is a great place to be, but also a very challenging part of the process as you have many questions about the house, financing and the big purchase price of the house. I would text/call Johan at any time of the day and he will be there to give my wife a great explanation and peace of mind. There is a lot of verbiage that we are not familiar with and Johan will always take the time to explain everything to us, ask us for our opinion, and fight for us. After a short 22 days later, we received keys from Johan! Yes, Johan was able to move so quick we closed escrow in 22 days. If Johan would have given me keys and gone home after that, I would have been more than appreciative of Johan, but no. Johan created a lasting memory which my family will remember forever. Johan had a ribbon cutting ceremony, when we walked in he had dinner for us and of course a little champagne to celebrate. Johan is no doubt the best realtor and I say that with confidence because he left me no doubt that the process was nearly perfect. I owe Johan my life and I envy him for having a job where he is able to make people's dream come true everyday.

Experiencia fantástica: Johan Cisneros went above and beyond to sell our probate home in Hawthorne CA. My Wife, Brother in-Law and I would like to recommend Johan to anyone considering to list their home for sell!! Hands down service is what you will get from Johan. Thanks again, Johan for your time and sacrifices you put into listing and selling the Hawthorne home. Hats off to the Running Realtor!

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Cisneros is the best realtor I have come across. My family had a situation were we needed to sale our grandmothers house quickly, so we would have the funds to move her into her new assisted living home. I had contacted Mr. Cisneros prior to my arrival to California, (my sister had found him based on his ability to sale fast and over asking) at that time he was very helpful and ready to get the ball rolling once I arrived. He had the house on the market within a week of my arrival. We had lots of work to do to get the house ready to sale and he took the time out of his busy schedule to put mulch in the planter beds, he had his handyman come right away to fix something that needed to be done. The open house went fabulous. We had an offer the first day and many offers that weekend. We ended up taking the first offer and we closed without a hitch. This was by far the quickest and easiest transaction I have experienced. He is very knowledgeable, professional in every aspect of this transaction. Thank you Johan for helping make this a stress free time

Experiencia fantástica: Johan sold my house in 30 days for $30,000 over the asking price. My family and I were very happy with the quick sale. Everything was done professionally with a personal touch. I would definitely recommend Johan and his company.

Experiencia fantástica: Johan Cisneros exceeded my expectations in selling our townhouse in Santa Clarita, CA He explained his plan and the process, kept me informed every step of the way and the results were outstanding. The property sold at top dollar and in less than 2 weeks after listing. I would definitely use his services in the future.Less

Experiencia fantástica: We recently had the pleasure of working with Johan and his team to sell our family home. With professionalism, courtesy and a personal approach the experience was one of complete satisfaction. Johan brought a meticulous attention to detail that highlighted points of a sturdy yet aging house leading to several interested parties with solid offers, a rapid sales agreement combined with a smooth escrow that has left my family and I amazed and grateful!! Johan, Jairo, Yesenia, Tony...listing each and every member of a such a friendly hardworking team would be optimum but suffice to say working with them has been everything we could have wished for or expected-our Appreciation to You All!
