She was even able to negotiate with the seller to fully cover our closing costs. We ended up going with the VA loan and there were issues during the process but she was able to figure out a way for the loan to go through even though the VA is strict on certain things. But she made it happen and we were able to purchase our first house! My family now has a beautiful house to make memories in. 10/10 would recommend choosing Chelsea as your realtor!

In Feb. 2022, we placed a house for sale by owner on Zillow. The next day Chelsea called for an appointment to show the house. She arrived a few minutes before the buyer. Walking around the property, she demonstrated an immense knowledge of what the buyer was looking for and what they needed. The buyer made an offer on the property. We offered Chelsea 1/2% additional commission to take care of all of the paperwork since we didn't have a realtor. She readily agreed. Experiencia fantástica: Wow! What can I say about Chelsea! It took us almost 2 years of searching for homes in this crazy market. We started searching for a home Prior to Covid the shelter in place. We kept putting bids only to be out bid anywhere from 15K to even at one point 235K. At this point I had lost all hopes and was just done. I had to take a step back listened to Chelsea and just relaxed. We had seen the house we purchased and I said oh this house is going to go over asking by 100K I don’t even want to bother, loved the house and so did my mom. The energy and vibe was just right! Well it did go into pending and then the buyer fell out, I kept looking at other homes and came back to this one and was like wow it’s been on the market for 80 days. We put in an offer and after negotiating for a week, finally they said yes. We got into escrow 24 hours before flying to Cancun and believe me when I say Chelsea and Chris made sure we closed in 18 days.
