Experiencia fantástica: Garrett and Martha exceeded all my expectations based on prior experiences with realtors. They were courteous, timely, and communicated well. They coordinated inspections, repair work, cleaning, and staging of my house (all besides repairs were included with their fee at closing and didn't cost extra). Part of the process occurred while I was out of state which did not impact how efficient they worked for us. In they end my home sold for well above asking price and in under a week. I attribute this almost entirely to Garrett and Martha's efforts. TLDR; Garrett facilitated my home sale with great efficiency and it sold much faster and for more than my most optimistic expectations. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: As a first time home buyer I was super excited to finally own a home, but I was also extremely nervous. There was plenty to learn and much to experience, my husband and I had so many questions. We knew that we wanted an agent who was knowledgeable, but also flexible and prompt. Garrett was referred to us by a close friend, but I was also doing research on other agents in the area. The night I texted Garrett, I asked him if we could meet at a home we were interested in. Garrett replied instantly and was flexible to meet and see the home as soon as the following day. Garrett came prepared with plenty of information to share with first timers like us. He thoroughly explained the home buying process, and reassured us of his availability to answer any questions, even the ones we were sure to ask more than once. We decided to keep Garrett as our agent, and before we knew it we were seeing home after home. Garrett always gave us the complete scoop on a home and went above and beyond to answer any questions. Before we knew it, we were putting in an offer. The process was all new to us, but Garrett was always there to explain things in a simple, easy way. We did not get this home, so our search continued. Experiencia fantástica: My family was recently confronted with the unfortunate and daunting task of having to sell my parents’ home after they both passed away. We spent the first several months sporadically working at the property with the intention of emptying the house of its contents and otherwise prepping it for sale. However, the job soon became stressful and overwhelming, particularly due to the sheer size of the project. We needed guidance and a lot more help. That’s when we hired Garrett and Martha. They both spent time at the house helping us gather and organize clothing, jewelry, and other furnishings, plus creating junk piles which Garrett then arranged to have hauled away. After we held an estate sale and had finally emptied the house, Garrett and Martha kicked into overdrive! Within a week’s time, Garrett scheduled several inspections, hired an electrician, and had workers install new flooring and do other needed repairs and painting. All of this work was completed within just a few weeks. Garrett and Martha don’t procrastinate. They strived to get things done quickly but competently. Garrett had the house beautifully staged with furniture before it went on the market. He and Martha listed the property at exactly the right price, with the strategy of motivating as many prospective buyers as possible to view the home. That strategy worked! Within only 3 weeks we entertained several offers. Garrett thoroughly discussed each of them with us and provided sound advice, which we followed. He negotiated expertly and obtained a purchase price significantly higher than what we had hoped for or expected! The escrow proceeded smoothly and closed on time. Throughout this process, Garrett and Martha kept us apprised of the status of every inspection, work project, and all other information regarding the property. However, whenever he sensed I was anxious about something, Garrett would make a point of telling me, “Don’t worry. One of my favorite things about working with Garrett is that I feel that he gives his real thoughts on different properties that we viewed. If he did not think a particular property was that great for whatever reason (overpriced, issues, etc) he would tell us, and this gave us a different perspective that I appreciated very much. Garrett is patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Garrett as a realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: Garrett Mann is fantastic. I was in the market to sell condo and upgrade. Once we got the ball rolling the process was as fluid as one could expect. He put together an amazing package showcasing the property and within a week we had our first showing. Then more started to come through. One thing I absolutely appreciate is the fact that I never once felt pressured to accept an offer I was uncomfortable with. If ever I felt uncomfortable, Garrett simply said to do what I feel is right for me. We were on the market for several months before that right offer came in. During all that time, Garrett never once stopped pushing for me, even when the market started to cool off. When I told him I didn't want to buy a new place immediately, he was completely understanding, and even encouraged me to take whatever time I needed before starting that journey. Through the whole process, he was always available to contact. I never went more than a few days without a call from him - whether it was to give a major update, or simply to say nothing had changed. I really appreciate this - there's a lot of realty black magic, so just being informed of what's going on is super helpful. Garrett was able to answer, find the answer, or point us to the right person with the answer for every question we had during the whole process. Update: over two years after this original review was written, Garrett has continued to exceed my expectations! Anything we have reached out to him for, he has always replied with excellent information quickly. He has never everrr shown up with anything less than that. since day one he has gone above and beyond to help us understand the ins and outs of real estate. He didn’t just schedule all of our inspections, but also made sure to be present for each and every one. As first time homebuyers we had put off looking for a house in the Bay Area thinking it would be too difficult, especially during a pandemic. Garrett patiently guided us through these trying times of low inventory and multiple bids, always optimistic, and encouraging us to continue looking even when we felt like giving up. Throughout, Garrett was extremely responsive, answering all our texts within a few minutes and explaining everything in detail. He had an inexplicable way of making us feel like we were his only clients even though we knew he had many. On top of that he was super fast at putting offers together at very short notice. Through his connections with the seller we were finally able to secure a wonderful home off-market in a sought after neighborhood. From start to finish the purchase process was incredibly smooth. Garrett handled all the details, sent us timely reminders, and helped us step-by-step with the whole process. The only difficulty we faced was deciding on how much money we were willing to part with. We have closed on our home but Garrett is still helping us with the move-in stage. Honestly, if you want the most stress free house-buying experience ever, we wholeheartedly recommend Garrett!

Through Zillow, we contacted the realtor for a home in the area and promptly received a response from Garrett asking a good day/time to view the property. Once at the property, we met Garrett, who immediately stood out as professional, knowledgeable, and receptive to our needs as first-time buyers. Garrett never once pressured us to do anything, and instead made himself a resource that we could use to explore home buying. His approach actually led us to feel comfortable enough to explore more properties, despite not knowing what we were doing. As we saw more homes, he would constantly help us understand the home buying process, and he had a knack for finding properties we did not know about but still liked and gave us more ideas for what we wanted. Throughout the escrow process he was always available and helped us figure out a competitive offer that landed us our first home. In fact, with his help, we put in only one offer that was then promptly accepted. Garrett always answered texts, far earlier or later in the day than we expected, and his organizational skills helped us feel less overwhelmed. Even after buying our home, Garrett encouraged us to reach out to him if we found any issues, and we have used his help to find contractors and workers whom he recommended that can help with the projects we want to complete around our home.
