Experiencia negativa: I requested the agent for a viewing. The response was very rude and he (Gerald Holland) asked me to get pre-approved in order to see the property or he doesn’t have time. When I told him I’m interested in buying the house cash for business, he said he’ll schedule another realtor for viewing. So far 3 days, not a single response. Worst real estate company I’ve ever dealt with. Do not recommend

She provided great referrals for us to get a few things taken care of before listing which was super helpful. For the listing, she came in with a professional photographer and staged the house beautifully. The photos really blew us away and she put together a really nice listing that perfectly captured our home. In terms of pricing strategy, she was very helpful analyzing the market and coming up with a list price to generate multiple competitive offers. We ended up selling above list price, which we were thrilled with. We’ve worked with a number of realtors in the past, and Jessica is by far the best we’ve worked with.
