Experiencia fantástica: I contacted Holly through a referral of my friend, a retired realtor from Texas, after a glowing recommendation. I wanted a realtor who knew her profession, communicated well and loved what she did. That's who I found. She understood the markets for both the selling side and what the buyers needed to see. Letting us work through the process of setting prices, what we would and would not accommodate in negotiations, and coming to terms with what we needed to accomplish to close the deals, my husband and I felt included, guided, informed and always considered. We sold two properties in preparation to move two thousand miles away. When it was time for our personal home to go on the market, we were finding it difficult to hire an agent in our new state. They didn't call back, didn't answer emails and put up terrible listing sites. I mentioned how daunting the process was, in a crazy market, during a pandemic with no travel and no showings.
